Good product; poor delivery.
The product is excellent; just what I needed. However delivery was a big let down: the DPD man just left the package in the grass by my front gate, even though, as requested, I had specified a 'Safe place'.

Whilst we're delighted that the product was exactly what you needed, we completely understand how disappointing it must have been to find your parcel left in the grass by your front gate rather than in the safe place you had specifically requested.
Although DPD handles deliveries on our behalf and the actions of individual drivers are unfortunately outside of our control, we sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. This is certainly not the level of service we want associated with our products or brand.

Great customer service…
We love our 3 in 1 hot tap and proboil boiler. We have had issues with the boiler but I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service department who replaced the unit and were very prompt with their response.

Excellent customer service,Purchased ADOBE SINK in August 2020 as part of new kitchen, last week I noticed the seal around both waste plugs had split I emailed adobe on Saturday,Monday at 0810 I received email asking me to ring, 10.30 I spoke to customer service, Wednesday at 1.30 I received 2 new plugs. THANK YOU.

Excellent service from 1st contact to my new Abode mixer tap valves arriving 2days later. I was prepared to purchase these valves but after being asked when I had bought the tap and saying it was 4yrs old they said the the tap was still under warranty and sent them FOC. They also Emailed me fitting instruction. Really fantastic service.
