Whilst descaling my Proboil 2X I noticed a problem. Spoke with Kris over the phone. Sent some photos and within the hour he had got back to me and arranged for a new boiler to be sent out.

We had our kitchen refurbished last year. We decided to buy a proboil tap. When the filter needed changing we had an issue with our boiler, it needed replacing. We contacted the company and it was resolved once Olivia came on board. Olivia was a god send. She reassured us and got the matter resolved quickly and efficiently!
