I've booked parking with this company for this November, I have tried to contact them to verify my booking is still OK without success. The website is down and no one is answering the phone number attached to the confirmation email they sent me. They also attached a mobile number to contact on my arrival at Heathrow, I have tried this number no answer, this number is also associated with genius parking so be careful with that company. The strange thing is both companies are registered with Company house so all looked lagit

Good value, friendly guys, but waiting time too long for collection and delivery.
Waited 40 minutes for car to be collected from Heathrow short stay, despite calling 30 Minutes ahead as instructed.
Then, on return - after calling at baggage carousel (as instructed) 60 minute wait before care was delivered.
Need to be honest with customers about when collection/delivery will happen.

Avoid at all cost it's a scam booked for heathrow and sent email confirmation to go to a car park and to call 30 minutes prior to arrival number on confirmation was wrong the guy said was for a cruise? Said someone would call us back they didn't do called the only other number was told to call the number given tried explaining he told us wrong number constantly hung up on saying we call you back but they never did. Called the office line again guess what closed for the night. Got a what's app call from our so called driver to the airport tried calling him back and number disappeared from call list. Ended up in a council car park (the one in the confirmation) where the maximum stay allowed is 23 hours cars parked there with multiple parking fines. Driver finally calls back says to park on level 3 had to explain to him your not allowed to leave cars here longer than 23 hours and he must know who booked him to pick us up but said he didn't 🤔 offered us to follow him home and leave our car parked on his drive for the week 🤔 total scam no one ever called to find out where we were or the contact us for the return also included so they knew they were scamming us. Ending up paying over £300 to park at longstay. Do not use this company if you have flights to catch ruined the beginning of our honeymoon.

This was the first time in using this company (ABS extras). Have to say the whole process was excellent. Our experience was really good and the booking was simple and the instructions clear about where to go for drop off and pick up. We only waited for 5 minutes for the driver to arrive when we got to the drop off car park at 04:00, and he was there waiting for us on our return, Very high service indeed and helpful staff. Would recommend highly and will be using them again.
