That is a joke service, bought on 20.10.24 and paid in full for asking price…. 2 days later they did contact me saying i cannot fly trough India because i need Visa and visa service is suspended, they offer me alternative tickets and told me that my tickets are non refundable ( btw, i dont need transit visa in india ) … they was not happy me not paying another £700 ( original tickets was only 680 is ) … they said they will hold my tickets ( i did pay for them in full … ) every different excuse to do not realise my tickets ….. today 22.12.24 i was inform that hours and dates of my flights changed and i need to pay for those changes…… refuse to pay, still dont have my original paid in full tickets …. Happy holiday, need to buy another one with reputable seller !!! See you in a court AirWay

I bought flight ticket with advertised price. Within a short time they phoned to tell me there is a problem I need to add more money. Now they are now changing my travelling dates , airport. I'm not happy with their service and short changes. These changes have caused and are still causing lot of stress and anxiety.

Wish I could give these crooks zero stars. Booked two business class tickets from Birmingham to Manila. Paid for in full through their website. £4933
After 24 hours the tickets hadn’t arrived. Had to call them
I Was told by Ralph that the price had gone up by another £800. They expected me to pay another £800 on top of the five grand I’ve already paid!. Scammers - avoid it all costs. I’m still waiting for the refund. They told me I’d have to wait four or five weeks for the refund. Thankfully I paid with credit card so I’ve got protection. I’ve had to open a dispute with the credit card company. These scammers are disgusting. Bait and switch. I’ve reported them to trading standards in Hounslow. Filed a case with the citizens advice bureau

Today. Sept 6th I had a call from a lady called Sarah saying I may get my refund in 15 days. Why should I wait 15 days for a refund. They took my money in a few minutes for tickets they couldn’t supply.

Also worth noting that they are still selling tickets for this particular flight via Cheapflights.co.uk at the price that I paid, despite telling me I had to pay more than 800 pounds more. It’s obvious they are scammers. Suckering customers into buying tickets at a good price only to then call the customer and pressure them into paying more money. Some people will pay it and that’s what these scammers rely on. It’s borderline fraud. I hope trading standards intervene. I have reported these scammers

Please please don’t buy tickets from this company. You WILL be sorry. And you will have to file a claim with your credit card company to get your money back.
And never pay with a debit card. Or you will be even sorrier

They are crooks. You have been warned

Careful with this travel agency they are not reliable I bought a ticket from them only to receive a phone call from their rep that either I add more money to the ticket purchased or they will not give the ticket. so, I ask them to cancel it. How can you be deceiving people like this never trust them.
