Andrew, the owner, clearly has an excellent depth of knowledge and took the time to explain everything properly so I could make the right decisions about the system for my needs. I never felt pressured into anything and instead felt well informed and confident that I was getting the best setup rather than just the most expensive option.

Communication throughout was excellent and the installation itself was carried out to a very high standard. The workmanship is superb and everything was left tidy and well finished.

What really stood out was the level of aftercare. Andrew has been happy to answer questions and make sure everything is running exactly as it should, which gives real peace of mind.

We had a solar and Tesla battery fitted in June by Andy and his team. Andy is passionate about his company and customer service which is 2nd to none. Andy and his team went above and beyond with our installation. Andy also sets you up in a WhatsApp group after the installation which I thought was a gimmick but it isn't. He has been great with any queries or problems through this afterwards. Andy won't just take your money and run he wants you to be happy with continued support after which is unheard of. Booked them in to replace a dead solar inverter. Good comms from booking till end including a call to bring installation forward due to cancellation.

We employed Absolute Electricals to conduct an EIC report and to instal two infrared heaters. From our initial interaction with Andy who came to advise us on the best heating options for us to the inspection and work carried out by Morgan and Ethan we were extremely impressed. Andy was both knowledgeable and helpful, while Morgan and Ethan carried out their work with quiet efficiency and politeness. The final installation of the heaters caused little disruption and Morgan and Ethan were very tidy workers. We were so pleased with the company that we have booked them in for further work.
