Ordered dress for a wedding based on photos and what I now know as fake positive reviews on website. First issue was a long delay to receive the dress. When dress arrived it was def not the same as what was on website. Cheap material, awful colors, just plain ugly. Contacted company via email and requested return and refund. That was in August, now its end of Oct and still going back and forth. I requested a full refund, and was offered 1/2 of what I paid in store credit. I just want my $ back, their website promoted easy returns! Awful experience I should have read reviews on Trustpilot first. Do not waste your $$$ at Emblem!

If I could I would leave zero stars. I have been trying to return my purchase for almost a month and no response. I have sent 11 mails to return for a refund and they will probably wait until the 30 days are up to take my money. Yet, they keep sending me coupons. I think this is a fraud company.

The website experience was good, but it took a very long time to receive my order 3 weeks to be exact. I've never had to wait so long for an order. The clothing is very nice, and I love the material you use. But you guys have to fix the shipping delay!

If there were an option to give zero stars, that is the rating I would give without hesitation. The absolute worst experience I have had with a company!

I ordered 3 dresses. It took 3 weeks to even ship them out and 4 weeks to arrive. I received multiple emails that the order was in process so reached out asking if I could cancel the order as it was arriving past our event. No, was the answer. The website says it has a 30 day return policy but no process to submit a return. It also say that they will respond to emails in 24 hrs. They don't. The dresses are beyond cheap- very low quality fabric. DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. This is one of those overseas companies that have poor quality merchandise, that look nothing like the pictures, that are impossible to get in touch with, that won't accept your return, etc... Trust me, you won't like what you're about to order, and you'll never get your money back. Shop somewhere else! Facebook should really do something about these scam sites. I'll reach out to them next. 😊

Really terrible - close to being a fraud or scam. Two dresses ordered for mother of bride arrived 4 weeks later (after wedding). Quality of dresses was poor - they were clearly ordered from overseas and did not meet advertised quality standard. Emblem refused to enable return or refund. The website says to contact them and they will arrange the return. They kept sending computer generated responses signed by alleged person, but were clearly a stalling mechanism. Despite 7 or 8 requests, there was no real response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY

This is a scam. Product arrived and it was nothing like the image. And ... despite the SF address ... The package came direct from China. When it came to returns ... they said that I had to ship it to the UK (from the USA) ... Cost =$30+. Big nope. Credit card company should deny these people any access to payment systems. This is a total scam.

I only leave reviews if I love an item or completely regret purchasing an item. While I did receive an item, it’s not worth the hassle & being scammed for a refund. There are plenty of other boutiques with similar dresses & better customer service so I HIGHLY encourage you to shop there & not consider Emblem Boutique. Full story below.

I ordered a dress and shipping was not as advertised taking extra weeks to deliver. The dress delivered after the event I needed it for so I reached out to Customer Service, Hattie, to begin the return process. I was told I needed to cover the cost of shipment - annoying, but fine considering it’s a small company - and despite it shipping from CA, I had to ship it to the UK and tell Hattie when the item delivers. My parcel got stuck in Customs & Hattie could not confirm or deny the item was delivered to the “warehouse”. The status was not updating & the item was ultimately shipped back to me after being denied Customs & me wasting money to ship the item. The team has gone silent for the last few weeks as I try to solidify next steps or alternative solutions. Whether AI or not, Hattie started out very helpful but has quickly ignored my emails & not followed up with next steps. Skip the hassle and shop elsewhere!

I haven't received my package yet, but I am excited to wear my near fall trench. Also, I couldn't beat the price. I saw immediately what I wanted, and ordered. It should be here anybday.

First time shopper. Easy web navigation. Sale price was very attractive and reviews motivated me to try this company. I hope I’m not disappointed when delivery comes.

I am not sure they are a legitimate company selling apparel. The dresses I ordered took forever to arrive and definitely did not come from San Francisco as they claim. The return address they provided was in the UK so it cost me a ton to return it and now it is held up at customs. They keep giving me the runaround about refunds. They wanted pictures of me wearing it and explaining why I did not like it. Bizarre! I would give it 0 stars if I could.

The website implied that the products were coming from within the U.S. and would be shipped via UPS. Actually came from China and shipped by an unknown shipper. The dresses were very poor quality. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Returns go to England and customer pays shipping. The company requested pics of the poor quality and proof products didn’t fit. I did not provide the pics. In the end I was offered a 15% refund and keeping the dresses. The shipping cost to theUK will be almost 75% of the total purchase, so I may accept the 15% and donate the dresses. This company is a scam.

I wish that I had read the reviews before purchasing from Emblem Boutique. Yes, delivery was slow, but the return process was atrocious. First they offered me 50% of the value for the dress I bought to be used for a new purchase. Finally, after several weeks of emails, they sent me the return label to use with an address in the UK. They refused to send me a label with the address on their website which was in San Francisco and you had to have the label to return. Of course the mailing to the UK was more than half the value of the dress. Another reason to shop made in U.S.A

I loved my dress, since I placed the order the company keeps me posted about every steps. When the dress arrives I was very pleased with it. Please, order yours with time because the delivery took 3 weeks . The dress material is good quality, the sleeves are beautiful.

I would leave ZERO stars. They said they had problem shipping my order so it arrived late. I tried to cancel, but they said it already shipped. Didn’t even open bag and tried to return. They said I would be responsible for customs and duty charges. (Their website says 100% return policy). Tried to fight it with credit card company but they stated that I was over the 30 day return policy because I had to wait 90 days for them to investigate!! Today I finally open my package…. Complete JUNK! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Emblem Botique!

I purchased a dress and it was sent in wrong size, I reached out and was told they would correct the error but. dress shipped in wrong size anyway. I have been trying to get return label but just keep getting run around. I am very disappointed in their customer service.
I will not order from here again and will tell anyone who is looking for clothing to purchase from Emblem boutique.

The item took several weeks to arrive from China and when it arrived, it looked nothing like the item I received. The color was bright orange instead of burnt orange, the fabric was VERY low quality and the design of the item was way off from what was pictured on their site. I sent an email to the customer service email they list on their website and received a message back that the email was undeliverable because the email address does not exist. This is a scam website.
