The shoes I bought were comfortable from the first day, which rarely happens for me. They are stylish enough for work but also great for walking around town.

Jumper dress is the definition of cozy sophistication. The fabric is soft, the fit relaxed yet it still looks polished. I’ve worn it with boots for a casual day and with heels for dinner, it works both ways.

The halter mini dress is playful yet chic. The tiered skirt adds bounce and the neckline feels flattering. Its light, easy to slip on, and perfect for warm nights when you want something stylish but comfortable.

Sent a pair of shoes to me that were too tight. I contacted them as recommended for a refund and return. Had endless emails from them offering all sorts of ridiculous offers such as a 100% voucher to use on their website when there is actually nothing available on there! What they don’t put in their return policy is that despite their false ‘shopfront’ in Brighton they expect you to return the items to the USA at your own cost and it could be as long as 30 days before you see your money! Also charged an extra £4.95 for some kind of postal insurance!!?? So after feeling as though I was being very much bullied by them I accepted the 30% refund which is all they were prepared to give me as they clearly did not want the rather cheap and nasty shoes returned!

I should have read reviews before buying. My first my first mistake.

Firstly the website gives the impression it is a UK company in Brighton. When looking at the address on google maps, this company is not there. The telephone number is non existent.

Like I said I should have done my research first.

I was expecting a reasonable delivery time but no, the item was shipped from China, although I got regular updates it took nearly three weeks.

Item arrived, nothing like picture on the website. It was supposed to be a chiffon maxi dress but was more like a midi, with the lining coming just below the knee which was so noticeable. Poor quality , size was smaller than expected and didn’t fit.

Website states 30 day money back with hassle free returns. What a Joke!

I emailed customer service and I asked how I could return it and they asked for photos. I sent photos and they just offered to send another size at a cost to me of £14.95 - really I made the mistake once.
They just keep offering to send me another size at a cost and refuse to let me return.

I’m not sure even if I return it at my cost I will get a refund, they will probably say it didn’t have tags (which it never came with).

Beware this company is not what it seems. complete sharks and liars.

Dresses dreadful quality and too small. Been trying to get refund but reply I got:-

As a one-time courtesy, we’d be happy to send you a replacement in your correct size. We normally don’t cover replacements for sizing issues that result from incorrect selection, but we’re making an exception for you.

To proceed, we’d just need you to cover the shipping fee of £16.173

Chinese company, two dresses arrived today total rubbish I probably could have got the same from a market cheaper that don't smell like these. Please don't buy from this company!!!!!!! The postcode comes back as Brighton pier.

Ordering was so quick and easy and I have lots of updates on the process and stages or my order. Also got discount on 1st order.

This website says it gives Free hassle free returns. When I ordered a dress I ordered the smallest size and it was too large . I asked how I could return it and they asked for photos. I sent photos and they just offered to send another size . When I said the size I ordered was too big and it was the smallest size they agreed that wouldn’t solve the problem but again refused to let me return the item. They just keep offering to send me another size if I send £14.99 to cover postage and refuse to let me return the item. It’s absolutely disgusting, the dress was of very poor quality also and not worth what I paid for it . I would never use this company, complete sharks and liars

Along with other reviewers this has been a disappointing shopping experience.

I don't want any of the items that arrived. They don't fit well and the shoes also smell very strongly of glue. I don't want replacements as they took so long to arrive they won't come in time for my holiday.

The returns policy says it's hassle free, so far that has not been my experience. The website says a copy of the email of proof of purchase will suffice, but in a reply I've been asked to send photos, videos and even a photo to show how things fit, and I quote...

If this is a sizing concern, it would be especially helpful if you could provide:

A photo of the actual item measurement (e.g., length, waist, etc.)
A clear photo of the size tag
If possible, a photo showing how the item fits

I'm not sending any photos of how items fit, I just want my money back, please!

I'm currently waiting for a reply to my request. To be fair they do get back, but it doesn't feel very straightforward.

I ordered a printed maxi dress and it is vibrant yet balanced. The belt cinches the waist perfectly and the neckline adds elegance. I wore it to an outdoor gathering and felt both comfortable and stylish.

Extremely misleading, despite all the company info being in Brighton UK, my sandals were shipped from China, meaning longer delivery times.
On arrival, they smelt of glue, were extremely poorly made and definitely not Orthapaedic as advertised.
Two stars is because customer services do actually reply. However I already suspect return and refund will be a nightmare.

The one shoulder cut instantly makes this dress stand out. It drapes smoothly across the body and has a luxurious feel without being heavy. I wore it to a formal dinner and it gave me a confident glamorous look.

Ordered sandals which took about 10 days to arrive (didn't know they were coming from China). Sandals were as they looked on the website but don't fit comfortably around the ankles so wanted to return them. After several emails back and forth on how to return them and get a refund, I kept being offered a discount on my next purchase which I didn't want, offers starting at 15- 45% off my next purchase I stated in my emails it was a stalling tactic on the company's part to not give a refund. Eventually, I had to fill out a long form and print it off and put it in the parcel and return it to Los Angeles, CA. I had already informed this company I don't have a printer! The cost to return the parcel which weighs just over 200g, is almost £20 and there is likely taxes and duty on top, this would almost right off the £29.95 I paid for the sandals. Definitely done to stop customers returning goods and thereby never getting a refund. When you buy from this company it doesn't state where you would have to return an item. Finally, the telephone number comes up as Sweet Tooth when trying to cal and the call drops straight away. I definitely wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole.

My this maxi dress has such a graceful flow that it feels like it was made for summer evenings. The tiered skirt gives it movement and the neckline frames beautifully. I wore it outdoors and felt effortlessly elegant the whole night.

The pictures are informative as is the description. Ordering was easy
