VERY BAD COMPANY!!
I purchased a garment which did not fit me. I sent pictures of the item showing it was in perfect condition. They REFUSED to process a refund. There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on their website STATING that they don’t take a refund. We emailed back and forth for weeks and they FINALLY negotiated a refund. MORE Weeks went by and I THEN received an email saying that the time for refunding had expired and they would not be refunding my purchase. A TRULY SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EMBLEM!!

The site was well organized so I could easily find what I was looking for. The choices were all beautiful and varied so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for to take on my winter vacay.

I ordered a dress for a wedding. I received the dress a few days prior and it didn't fit. They say they have a refund policy within 30 days. I asked for a refund the day after I received it. They keep giving me the runaround. After 60 days went by, they said it was too late. Still arguing with them. Do not order from them unless you are absolutely sure it will fit and you won't want to return it. They do not honor their policy.

I ordered a dress that looked beautiful online. The color, quality and fit was not as pictured. I immediately requested information to return for a refund. I was only emailed questions and even a request of a picture showing how it fit me! No information was given to process the refund. I sent the dress to one of the addresses on the website. The zip codes stated were incorrect, so my post office used a corrected zip code. The dress was returned/unable to deliver. This company is not legitimate. The claim that they will give refunds for any reason is FALSE. Poor quality and customer service!

This company is a scam. Period. They offered me a 50% discount on the item I purchased for a positive review before I even received my item. Then when I got it, it was I’ll-fitting and I have been unable to process a return since my initial request, because it was being escalated to management. Do not buy from this company.

The description of the product did not match what I received. I ordered a dress that was supposed to be lightweight with a seam at the waist with slight gathering. I received a garment made of a heavy synthetic fabric and no styling whatsoever. The hem was stitched with white thread - the seams are surged and not well done. The product seemed to be shipped from China based on the tracking and the return shipping to the UK is paid by the customer. I should have researched the company more. I felt very deceived.

My order took 2 weeks from order to delivery. When it arrived it wasn’t even close to the same product (canvas bumble bee overalls) they sent a cheap silky yellow jumpsuit. When I reached out for the promised 30 day full
Money back guarantee they told me they needed to discuss it with customer service. I waited 5 days…nothing. I reached out by email again- almost exact same message “we’ll get back to you”. I immediately disputed the charge with my bank. They sent another email discouraging me from doing that and offered 50% and I keep the ugly jumpsuit. No way I am keeping that thing. Beware- this company pretends to be in San Francisco but all items come from China.

First, they sent me a dress that was see-through. Then they said I could return it but I would have to pay for return shipping. They wanted me to pay to send it to another country, even though I bought it from a store that was pretending to be in San Franciso. After I told them I refused to pay for that shipping, they said they would give me a partial refund and I could keep the item but then they never actually gave me the refund and ignored all of my emails afterward.

I do 85% of my clothes shopping online. I have NEVER had this bad of an experience with anyone. Their website states 30 day money back guarantee. I ordered a dress and it fit very weird. There aren’t return instructions on their website… you have to email. In response to my email they requested pictures of me wearing the item and measurements of the item. What??? Now they want to charge me $19.48 to resolve the issue. I ordered this dress on 8/1. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and I am an additional 3 weeks in without resolution. Beware.

WHAT A SCAM!!!! ALL LIES! THEY ARE NOT BASED OUT THE US AND THEY DONT DO RETURNS! THEY HAVE IGNORED ALL MY EMAILS AND ALSO WHEN I FOUND A PHONE NUMBER THEY DONT ANSWER! THE MATERIAL OF THE DRESS I ORDERED WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THEN WHAT WAS IN THE PHOTO. The dress does not fit asked me to send photos I have and still no reply it’s been a week!
