I was disappointed that 3 of the 5 dresses ordered, all in size large, were too small. I did like the fabric on all of the dresses though - were light and great for warm weather.

Emblem Boutique is deceptive business. Their website makes the customers believe they are based in the US (San Francisco) and promises if customer is not sastisfied with the purchase or changed their mind, they can return the item for full refund. However, they do not tell you in advance that the return must be sent to the UK. Very very deceptive. The cost to ship an item from the US to the UK is cost prohibitive. They do not appear to have a presence in the US yet they pretend they do. Had a known they require the item to be returned to the UK I would not have ordered from them.

Scam company. They do not exist in the US. They ship products from another country and when you ask to return an item, they give you an address in the UK to return it, and they offer you 20-50% refund instead of returning it.
There is no phone number. Just an email address that seems to be managed by a machine.

I ordered one dress in two sizes to see which fit better. I realized a day later when I got my order confirmation it I made a mistake and ordered the wrong dress. I made a new order of the correct dress I wanted in two sizes. I received all 4 dresses the same day and all 4 were the original incorrect dress I ordered first. I have written countless emails since August 10th when this occurred asking them to give a prepaid shipping label and refund for the two dresses that aren't even the dress I ordered. They are insisting that all returns must be shipped overseas, even though they are an American based company, and have to have tracking on them. It will cost as much or more than what I paid for all the dresses to send them overseas with tracking. This is how they scam so people will give up and not pursue them handling the issue judiciously. They clearly made a mistake sending two incorrect dresses to me and will not own it. They send automated emails, the same ones over and over. I am truly disgusted that there are people that do this and can sleep at night. I have continued reaching out to get someone that is not a robotic machine to address this issue and try to get some of my money back and they keep giving me the run around saying they want to be sure what it is I am asking for, a return or a refund. The fact that they advertise as an American based company, the packages all came from the same address, a warehouse in Illinois, yet they will only accept returns at an overseas warehouse on returns that have tracking on them. What I have learned is there are evil, dishonest, deceitful people that do not care they are behaving this way so I google every single place I consider buying something from to read reviews or I go to a real store in person and see the merchandise so I am not deceived when I get really cheaply made, badly fitting clothes from stores like Emblem and The Rowan Daughters which is another counterfeit fake store front listed in the US that does not even exist. To date I have received no refund or reasonable accommodations to return these cheap dresses. BEWARE

Absolutely beautiful skirt! The high waist, dramatic full silhouette, and plaid pattern give it such an elegant, sophisticated vintage feel.

Ordered an items from them since they supposed to be based in SF, but item arrived from China. Horrible material, need to send it back, they send a return slip, aka, MS word empty form, to ship it to the UK? Shipping cost more. Same item temu sells for $11, was $56 here. I thought ill get it fast since they are "around the corner" from me, still took 3 weekdays to reach. So far took me 5 emails back and forth, my issue still not resolved.

I bought a dress from Emblem Boutique. Their website looks great. It says that they are located in San Francisco. It states that you can return any item within 30 days for any reason. It is all a lie. I have now requested a refund, jumped through all of their loops, sent back the item and paid the postage. Now they have ghosted me. I have mailed all the requested documents and they continue to send me a email inquiring what I need. I have resent them the request now 5 times and they say they do not have all the needed information. They have stolen my money. Don't buy anything from them. You will be sorry.

Amazing & beautiful clothes and amazing team

The dress pattern was lovely but the fabric didn’t breathe and it looked like a was wearing a potato sack. (The shipping was so slow it came after I needed it anyway). I have been trying to return and get a refund for over a month. Despite my emails and attempts to get a straight answer to the process of returning, all I’ve gotten is the runaround. Emails stating that they want me to be satisfied with the solution and they don’t just want to check a box. All I want them to do is check the box and follow their return policy. Run, do not walk, RUN, go anywhere else!

Knowing what I was looking for, but not knowing where to find it, I looked on the Internet and with ease found what I wanted. The shopping and paying.was easy then.

Dress did not fit properly and poor quality. When I tried to request a return refund. I was asked to take photos of measurements and fit of dress. Terrible company to request photos when trying to submit a return. I have never experienced such bad service and will not buy from them again

It took several weeks for my order. Then the dress that I ordered was NOT was I received. After 2 months of arguing with them, they offered me a full refund after you do a full checklist of things, of which the last one is to included a photograph of the return shipping cost receipt in the package. How’s that done? Or I could accept at 25% refund. We went back and forth and each time you have to start all over. Long story short- DO NOT use this company for anything!

Buyer Beware!!!! This is a SCAM Company. The dresses are extremely cheap in material and sizing is completely off. I ordered an XS (I'm 5'1' and 107lbs) and the dress fit me like an XL and I needed to be 6' tall. Having it altered was not even an option it was so large. Email is the only customer service contact available and they avoid the return policy by making you send them photos of the dress on and photos of the measurements. You have to push them for a return and that return is to the UK at your cost. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this company!!!
