I am a florist and dont have my own transport so I rely on couriers to deliver my flowers. This morning an amazing driver called Chris took some engagement flowers for me to Heron Tower. I have never met such a lovely man as him. He was so helpful and reassured me the flowers were in safe hands and I believed him. Amazing customer care by Tracy - the best I have ever had from a courier company. All the others could learn from this. Quick response to emails and not letting the enquiry go until everything resolved. I might not use any other couriers now.

Absolutely a great experience
Whilst one of our Flagship stores was closed for refurbishment, we had a requirement for time sensitive same day logistics between a pop-up on Oxford Street and another of our stores in Westfield Stratford City. Absolutely gave us the logistical resource to be able to continue supporting our customers during this time.
The account was set up quickly to fit our needs and we were able to get going when we needed to.
The ongoing support from Emily P was incredible and when on the rare occasion we needed to escalate we had a response and resolution in no time.
When we require this sort of support in the future we will be looking to Absolutely again.

Have an International shipment??...Use Absolutely
From the start of the process to delivery, The International Team at Absolutely were completely Professional and very helpful. Andy was point of contact and helped with getting the High value items packaged, getting the quotes for the shipment as well as helping to get all the correct Customs Paperwork filled in to make the process as smooth as possible, including all the customs charges for the receiving country. will use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs help sending something internationally.
