Great terps, best customer service
My whole experience with Abstrax has been great. I had some questions before placing my first order, which they answered easily, and with real people instead of programs. When I received my single 2oz bottle of Blue Dream that I ordered, It came with a whole Native collection box set. I happened to run into some distillate, and did some more mixing. These terps are easy to use and produce great results. This is the first company that I have bought terps from and it will be the only one if I can help it!

Hi Angel! Next day shipping means that FedEx/UPS sends it next day once they receive it, not that we make your full order and ship it within 24 hours. We have a big red box on our checkout page right above the "buy now" button explaining this.

Finance team completely ignoring my requests

I have called several times indeed and you have told me I will hear from accounting soon. However this has been told to me 3 times now in total in over 90 days. Each time I have not heard anymore from accounting. Also my emails in the last month have been fully ignored.
I have updated to 3 stars. Indeed there was no money charged but finance team has failed ever getting back to me. So indeed they have not taken my funds. But the fact that they are completely ignoring my emails makes me uncomfortable with this company. Don't promise me on phone I will get a reply soon if I will not... or maybe look into what finance team is doing, maybe they are just ignoring your requests too... I have contacted the payment processor which told me I should contact you (Abstrax) for more details, which I asked for and never got the additional details...
In the end, I still lost all my money and never received the products.

Spent 510 USD and never received the products because the credit card payment was "pending". I have contacted the payment processor about the issue and they told me Abstrax should release the funds. I have contacted Abstrax 10+ times for over 3 months already and they have not been able to release the funds. Thanks for taking my money. Customer service 0/10
