Abstrax Tech is a flavor science company pioneering the future of cannabis-inspired terpene innovation. Founded in 2017, the company has become a global leader in advanced flavor discovery, product safety, and scalable flavor solutions for the cannabis industry. At its core, Abstrax Tech combines rigorous cannabis research with bold creativity, operating under the philosophy of Flavor Intelligence™ - the idea that science and data can unlock extraordinary sensory experiences.
The company’s portfolio spans a wide spectrum of products, including hemp-derived and botanical terpene strain profiles, flavored terpene blends, mood-enhancing formulations, custom creations, and specialized solutions for edibles, vapes, and concentrates. These offerings are trusted by brands ranging from ambitious startups to the largest multi-state operators, who rely on Abstrax to deliver consistent, compliant, and scalable products that meet evolving consumer demands.
Abstrax also leads the industry in cannabis toxicology research for inhalation safety, helping to set new standards of compliance and consumer protection. The company’s leadership and innovation have earned widespread recognition. Abstrax has been featured on the cover of Forbes, honored on Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators list, and ranked twice on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies. With a vision to be the most trusted flavor partner for brands worldwide, Abstrax continues to push boundaries - turning bold ideas into unforgettable consumer experiences.

Takes a little too long for shipping
Takes a little too long for shipping. 3-10 business days always turns into two weeks and to overnight they want a ridiculous amount

Hey! I checked into your order. It was placed on the 7th and shipped on the 12th, 5 days later. The next one was placed on the 18th and shipped on the 23rd. Another order was placed on November 21st and shipped on the 25th, even with Thanksgiving in the way.
It is in the hands of UPS/FedEx once it leaves our warehouse. Our terps are made in Southern California and you're located in South Carolina, which takes a while to get to. We can't control their shipping speed.
As for the price of overnight shipping, that's set by the carriers. We don't make money based off of shipping. Our terpenes are extremely pure and concentrated, and to overnight them means they have to go on an airplane. They are classified as "dangerous goods" because they're technically flammable, which raises the price since airplanes and fire don't usually go hand in hand.
All that said, glad you like the terps!
Great customer service
Called because my product was delayed and the gentleman that helped was informed and even got my product out to me sooner then expected. Kept my business running when I needed the assistance. Great company all around

The terps are good
The terps are good, but having to pay for samples is the only downside. If we could try new flavors for free, we’d probably get more. Not being able to sample is the frustrating part, but aside from that, I really like what you’re doing.
