Connor Robinson was my agent last year (2023) and he was so kind and was able to answer all of my questions. I tried reaching him again this year (2024) with no success but I was able to talk with Hector Ross who was just wonderful with helping me and answering my 1 million and 1 questions that i asked of him. He was very polite, helpful and I’ll definitely be reaching out to him next year in 2025. The last call I made was to a women who answered and seemed confused about me wanting to leave the gentleman “hector ross” a review. I think that review ended up going to her instead. Can someone confirm this pls.

I visited Unicare in Moody, AL. I have no primary care doctor, but knew that for weeks I had not been feeling right. I had lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time. I saw Emily, CRNP. She listened to me and my wife completely. Every symptom. She drew labs and did a chest x-ray. She called twice giving me the results of those labs and told me to get a CT Scan. I did, and long story short, had an Emergency Operation. She literally saved my life. They told me if I had not come when I did, it would have been tragic. I am home now and recovering well. I would see her for anything. She was A+. Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Thank you Emily so very much. -Everette
