I just needed some information and she was not helpful but kept trying to gather my information - WHEN IT FEELS CREEPY OR SCAM-LIKE - JUST GET AWAY!

My questions were answered. I’ve been researching for a while n every insurance company different n confusing. I think this company knows what the questions r regarding such a sensitive topic and handle them professionally. I still have questions but informed to call back direct to agent.

Too much confusion
Too much confusion as to which policy is in effect and which one isn't. As a result of all of this, my husband's death benefit policy got canceled 10 days before he died, resulting in me receiving no monies in my time of greatest need. When I explained this to the representative I felt like they couldn't care less.
