I’m going to say one word that describe everything I have to say about this company ( AWESOME )!!!!! I received a statement saying I was late on my payment, well I previously called and updated my payment method, which is a different account number, but everything else stays the same, such as the payment date, address, etc…Sooo they didn’t take the payment out for the month and I’ve never missed a payment, now the moral of my story is, I called back spoke with a very nice gentleman, showed nothing but concern of my situation, got me right together, answered questions, explained the great offers they have for my husband and I, got a higher increase on our policies and my payment stayed the same.
