I haven't had time to use it. I don't know why it changed. I don't know if my premium amount changed. I've received nothing in the mail. I haven't been able to make a payment this month for the storms in Florida preventing me from working. So I haven't been able to get the premium paid. I don't know what's going on I cannot rate anything
