Different vial than previously received
In the past, the medication has come in a glass vial clearly marked with your company’s name and logo and the full information/name of the contents. This time I received a blank label with “SEMG 5ml” on it. No accelerate lab label. Nothing.
Updated- someone from accelerate labs reached out to me the following day by e-mail AND phone after I had emailed them with my concern and reassured me they were going through issues involving copyright infringement for their old label, which is why it had been replaced with the new generic label for the time being. I was glad to hear back from them so promptly, but still have more questions.

Hey Michelle. We tried to reach out to you on 2 different occasions from email to phone call and voicemail with no response to remedy this situation.
For legal reasons we switched labels to a more "generic label" to avoid any possible copyright infringements. This is why you once had a label with our logo and now it does not. The quality of the product has not changed in any way. We still use the same supplier for our raw materials.
We have discussed using the generic label but also adding our logo back to avoid any further confusion. We sent you a picture via email of both labels for reference. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.
