Great Service
Unfortunately the jacket I ordered although nice did not fit me very well but it was delivered quickly and I also got a free return label and a fast refund. I'd be happy to buy from Accent again

Returns has been a nightmare
Since publishing my complaint, issue has been fixed.
ORIGINAL:
After seeing the great reviews for them here, I decided to buy 3 items from them. I ended up only keeping 1, because the other two didn’t really fit how I expected. I’ve sent the items back on the 21st of August and the items have not yet been processed and I have not received my money back. I’ve emailed a few times and received vague messages about how they’ll “check with the warehouse”, but no follow-up. It’s really disappointing because I’d definitely would’ve become an ongoing customer for them if I didn’t have this bad returns experience.

I love love love my boots as described 100% authentic came with box and dust bags shipping was fast only little problem i had the tracking was a bit slow then switched carriers other than that first time buying from this site went well the croc boots do need to be tried on in store to find you ur sizing i went down it’s a little big not to big cause my calves big it fit that area perfect
