Easy from start to finish, the installer was friendly and came back when we had a query on installation. Side door looks lovely, would definitely order again if we upgrade our main garage door.

A very efficient, reliable, honest company. Lewis came to survey the property and was very knowledgeable and was great in giving advise and running through all the awnings. Once ordered Access Awnings continued to communicate with us and the awning was delivered and installed all in time with no delays. Glad we chose them

Excellent Experience
I needed to have the garage door replaced on my elderly mother's home. After looking through their reviews, and receiving a very professional, well structed quote, I selected Access Garage Doors to complete the work. As I don't live near to my mother, I was happy that the quote described in great detail the work that would be carried out, the roles and responsibilities, and the payment structure really clearly. The quote was created by Keith Castell, and the feedback from my mother was that Keith listened to her intently, gave my mother advice on the additional work that was required, and at no point did she feel under any pressure. For example, I knew that the garage door grame needed attention, and Keith ensured that work was undertaken, specifically calling it out in the list of works. When my mother sent me photos of the garage door, it looked transformed and she is extremely happy with the door and how the fitting went. A few weeks in, and there's no problem with the door or its fitting. Payments were handled by Kelly Jones who, on the one time I needed to speak to her, was extremely friendly and really interested how the fitting had gone, and happy that my mother was happy. From beginning to end Access Garage Doors demontrated that everyone in the business is focussed on ensurning that customers get the right product, but also have the right experience. As a son who isn't able to be there all of the time, finding a business that you can trust and rely upon is really important and very much worth calling out. So I can say in all confidence that if you're considering using Access Garage Doors, then I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Hi David, thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. Knowing you were arranging this for your mother from a distance makes your comments about the trust you placed in us especially meaningful. Good advice should leave customers feeling informed and comfortable with their decisions, never pressured, and we’re very pleased that was your mother’s experience with Keith and the wider team.
We’ll make sure your kind words are passed on to Keith and Kelly, who will both be delighted to know how much their care was appreciated. Most importantly, we’re pleased your mother is happy with the finished result.
Thank you for putting your trust in Access Garage Doors and for recommending us so wholeheartedly.

Efficient and satisfactory work for a reasonable cost
The fault was identified and rectified promptly by friendly and helpful technicians. The only drawback was having to wait 2 weeks for an appointment but that is an indication, I suppose, of the demand for the company's services. The costs were clearly explained beforehand so there were no nasty surprises.
