As soon as the engineer entered our home to quote for fitting the garage door, I knew that if the price was competitive he would be fitting our door. His whole demeanour and positive approach was excellent. He and his partner came on time and worked constantly until they finished, leaving my wife and I delighted with a perfect garage door. Buyers beware
Buyers beware of this company and product. If it was possible this company would get no stars!! After 2 years our SeceuroGlide roller shutter door began to show signs of corrosion appearing to be between several of the slats and the outer coating. We firstly contacted the installer providing photographing evidence who told us they would pass these onto the manufacturer and await there response. After 4 years of getting nowhere and 'help', non existent from customer services we are still being ignored and have a substandard garage door that has lots of slats which are corroded. Obviously this company has no interest in customer service or quality control and are completely unhelpful. Would NOT recommend this product or company. Shocking!! SeceuroGlide please do not reply with your stock answer of contact customer service, we already have but have been ignored!! Complete rubbish!!

They arranged a builder to take down a wall as Ihad two up and over doors. So I could have one large electric door. It was all done in three days. And working well.

2 yrs off issues and still no sign off…
2 yrs off issues and still no sign off being able to fix. I'm not the only person who has experienced issues with the roller garage doors. I've had the installers out half a dozen times with money thrown at getting these fixed and still I'm getting issues. Clearly the installers do not know how to fix my issue and I need support from Securoglide directly as currently my advice is to steer clear of these unless you want to replace them every 10 years.

2 roller shutters (Grey)
Ear;y days yet but the build quality and the materials used in the roller shutter doors all appear to be top quality. The use of Somfy tubular motors and other equipment is also reassuring.
I chose to have two doors installed by as local installer as opposed to my fitting them as this gave a better warranty and easier disposal of the two old Hormann up/over doors. All in all, very pleased.

Door corroded badly inside and out
Garage door corroded badly both inside and outside whilst under warranty for corrosion. SeceuroGlide didn't want to know. Didn't honour the warranty and just offered to sell me a replacement door at some kind of discount. Appalling, and I'm not the only one to have complaint of them not honouring their warranty if you look at the google reviews. If your installer suggests them, then steer clear.
