Initially my goods never arrived. When I contacted the company via their website they called me back very quickly and told me that unfortunately order had not been processed. They gave me a heartfelt apology and the goods arrived 2 days later. Initially I wanted to call them, but they only provided a premium rate number which I thought was just unfair to customers!
