Purchased one of this company’s garage doors through a retailer and fitting company, they came very highly recommended and I totally agree with the recommendation. Good solid product, well constructed and great finish.

Love these doors
Had local firm (MJGarage Doors) install these for my double garage. Stripping out old up and over mechanism gave me so much wider entrance. The doors are quiet and smooth. Look good too!

Great Door when it works.
The door looks great and works great when it works.
The door was fitted in 2024 and am currently waiting for the third replacement motor to be installed.
Starting to doubt whether the motor is powerful enough, Double Garage, but currently all under warranty, so they can keep replacing it. when the motor went initially the installation company said they had never known a motor to fail! Im starting to doubt that.

Constantly breaking and needing big fixes.
Got the roller door with our new build less than 7 years ago. It was serviced as per, but it has had constant issues since we moved in it got fixed last year when we had to have 10 new slats fitted as the webbing broke and trashed it. Now less than 12 months later it’s broken again with a suspected broken motor, but we don’t know for sure as the fitters were unable to remove the cover with one person. So they don’t know for sure. Been quoted £850 for a new motor.
Honestly unimpressed as it has not been fit for purpose and as Martin Lewis has said an item should last a timescale that is a “reasonable time”. 7 years is not reasonable. So I am asking for a free repair under a reasonable timescale warranty.
I would be interested to see their response before buying one. Ours has been a disaster.
