From the initial inquiry of how the App worked until the week of check-in, I had someone assigned to my particular hotel needs and situation.
Not only did she act as a liaison with hotel management but she also got them to send photos of the ADA compliant bathroom setup, to make us feel more confident in my daughter’s ability to transfer from her wheelchair and my aging mother’s needs for handrails & grab bars, to make her shower experience easier.

Real no-BS hands-on help! We've booked rooms through this company a few times now. Any time something comes up, I'm surprised by how easy it is to get ahold of a real human who knows how to fix the problem. When the problem is on the hotel's end, they call the hotel and set things straight. It's really been incredibly useful.

The accesibleGo representative, Patch, went far and beyond any other experience I've had in the past. She made sure every hotel room was to accessible specifications required by the family and called prior to stay dates to verify. She made traveling with a wheelchair bound person easier to plan and execute.

Although the hotel had a recliner in the room, I’m not sure I would stay there again. It was not very clean and we were assigned a room right next to the very noisy hallway and reception desk area.

This is a remarkable site. It has all the feature of the major hotel sites and the prices for reservations are as good as Hotels.com etc. What make this site so useful is the additional free feature of helping you find accessible rooms and then checking to make sure all the features that you need are in place for the reservation. I love this service. I have booked with accessibileGo the past 5 or 6 times we have stayed away from home. Each time, they work with the hotel to make certain the room meets my needs and that I will not be moved to a non accessible room. They make an additional call a few days before my stay to confirm. All the details of my booking are emailed to me in addition to the details of the calls. To date, every booking has been a positive experience. I’m leaving for another stay tomorrow morning. I will update after the stay, however I expect it will be great.

AccessibleGo is fabulous. I was having a difficult time booking a hotel in Miami previous to my Caribbean cruise. I reached out to the people at accessibleGo to help me. They were amazing and very speedy at finding a hotel that met my needs within my budget. I would have been very upset if I arrived at my hotel to find out that the bed did not have clearance for a Hoyer lift. Their accessibility confirmation services were tremendous with their help!!! AccessibleGO made it possible for my daughter to visit her future college with her mother as a disabled duo! It was the best trip!
I had been disabled for three years at this point, but I had recently (a few weeks before our trip) lost the ability to walk beyond a few yards. I was traveling in a wheelchair, and unable to drive.
My daughter was a year into her physical disability and had just started her journey with her service animal, Taz. She was learning how to do this new life where accessibility mattered.
We were visiting her top choice college in Philadelphia.
A totally different world than our Coastal Virginia city, I remembered visiting Philly as an able bodied person. I knew nothing of what to expect, except there was good public transit. I remembered running across AccessibleGO online when looking for travel support. I reached out, and I suddenly felt like I had a team working to make this trip possible.
We found a hotel close to campus, and my team communicated about service animals, accessibility needs, transportation, everything was just an email, call, or text away.
The city accessibility guide from AccessibleGO was paramount in planning our trip. We found a tour bus company where we could see the whole city without changing our seats. We were charmed by our experience, it could not have been a better trip. This Momma’s heart is so happy knowing I was able to show my daughter how to travel safely, and independently in a new city. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience.
