Accident Claim Helpline Avis 

I called the helpline yesterday to report a new claim and spoke with an advisor called Tom Dean. He was super helpful, supportive and efficient and explained the whole process to me in detail as well as talking me through next steps and calling again today to check that all is okay with me. I haven't had to claim for an accident on this policy before and I'm very impressed with the customer service.

Excellent service very professional replacement car was supplied very quickly and I was informed throughout the journey did exactly what they said they would do which was very reassuring high end car supplied which was a pleasure to drive.

I had a no fault accident in a Sainsburys carpark, the owner of other vehicle contacted his insurers and well, everything happened more or less immediately..it was a Saturday afternoon and I was shocked..I had calls from the insurers, a solicitors, a huge car company and of course the accident claims company..very impressive all organised for me, I didn't have to do anything...AAAAAMAZING 5 stars..what more can I say except, thank you 😊
