Tom Dean - a SUPERSTAR!

This week someone smashed my car while parked in the work's car park. I immediately called the Accident Claim Helpline and Tom answered. His customer service over the past few days has been exemplary. He has been attentive, kind and extremely helpful. He has made a very stressful situation easier to cope with. I would also like to say a HUGE thank you to Poppy at On Hire who went above and beyond to source a like for like vehicle for me.

I had an accident on the 11/8/26 and the help I received from the accident helpline was so very good, Tom Dean talked me through everything I needed to do and kept me very calm as it was the first accident I’ve ever had, he put me through to all the necessary people that I needed and I have got a hire car coming to me within two days, Tom is outstanding with his manner and help and I am forever grateful to him, Thank you Tom

Very good service from start to finish, I have a high value super car and Tom Dean took on my claim made sure everything was wrapped up on the call and a hire car was on the way to me, even the next day called me made sure I was okay and made sure I knew everything that was going to happen step by step. The operator was professional and friendly making sure that we got the help that we needed. After a traumatic experience the operator was patient and understanding. Everything was explained clearly and the steps that we would need to follow.
