The company handled my claim with clear and precise details of how and when my car would be picked up and my curtarsay car dropped off and made the whole process so easy as I have never had to claim insurance before

I had a very good experience with their service. It was easy to communicate with them over the phone, and they were friendly and helpful throughout the process.

I explained that I had been driving an electric car for several years, so I would prefer another electric vehicle that was similar to my own car. I also mentioned that I was used to having front and rear cameras and would feel more comfortable with a car that had similar features.

They listened carefully to my requirements and did their best to accommodate them. I really appreciated how helpful and understanding they were, and the whole process was straightforward and easy.

Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I’m writing to share my experience with this company following my car accident, and I cannot recommend them enough. Tom was an absolute superstar, we would have been completely lost without him. I was involved in a bad accident that was not my fault, and while I was understandably very upset on the phone, Tom guided me through the process with calm professionalism. Even when I was in tears, he managed to make me laugh and put me at ease.
When my claim was initially denied by the solicitors, Tom didn't just accept it, he fought for me! He pushed back against the rejection and successfully had my claim marked as 100% non-fault. I cannot thank Tom and his team enough for their persistence and for ensuring I was properly looked after throughout such a difficult time.

They made what could have been an
incredibly stressful process as smooth as possible. If you are looking for a team that truly advocates for their clients, they are the ones to go to! I am so grateful for all their hard work. Again thank you so much Tom!
