Amazing experience
You work very well, with pontuality and my watch was beautiful and should your brand be more showed outside Uk. I have many brands and today I have also an accourist watch!!!

Love the watch, only negative is that I found the instructions on how to shorten the strap difficult so had to find someone else to do it for me.

On time, exactly how I ordered, all good. One thing to improve. The company does not send the invoices as a separate PDF file. Instead, the invoice is kinda embedded in the email itself. So, when the customs ask the invoice, I could only send the screenshot of the email. It would be great if the company could send a proper PDF invoice as an email.

Watch as described on website and efficient delivery service. only 4 stars because of excessively large packaging but having to read incredibly small print on enclosed card to find website page with basic instructions on how to start and set up watch and register for extended guarantee. How about saving the planet with a smaller box but larger print on enclosed card.
