Fantastic and amazing experience
I can't praise the staff at ACES Eye Clinic at Norfolk House, Milton Keynes highly enough. All the staff were truly amazing from start to finish. Very professional, efficient and friendly. My mother, Maria Grazia Palmiero had Laser cleaning (YAG Capsulotomy) on Thursday 9th July in both eyes.
Akram and Andri carried out the consultation/procedure. They were very knowledgeable, kind and caring. The attention to detail was excellent.
My mum was given very clear advice on how to look after her eyes after the procedure. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything you did for my mother.

Initial assessment was in Wilmslow
Initial assessment was in Wilmslow , a convenient place from my home. ,
The procedure was to be in Manchester. This is a very busy area but they do have a private car park.
Staff were all helpful and I felt safe.
I was initially told 8-30am by letter and text but later by phone told 8am. After initial tests I was lead to a waiting room and remained there for almost 2 hours. The preparations then took only a few minutes and it was found I could not remain still when drops (8 sets) were administered and the procedure stopped. I am please they took a safe decision with my eyes.

Cataract Surgery
I can't praise the staff at ACES Eye Clinic in Wisbech highly enough. I had my left eye surgery on 10th July and my right eye today 17th July. The nurses were amazing, professional, efficient,calm, reassuring and friendly. Mr Byard carried out both procedures. A lovely man, again calm and reassuring.
My first procedure was on the day after the air-conditioning had broken down, it was an extraordinarily hot day, there was a full compliment of staff working flat out before having to close early due to the temperature in the theatre reaching 40°, and still the staff were upbeat and cheerful.
Throughout the whole experience I felt calm and relaxed. Thank you to the lovely staff of this immaculate clinic.

Very proffesional in dealing with my surgery, did have to wait 6 weeks before having surgery, when their marketing material states 2 - 4 weeks waiting time.

Professional services - ACES
I was very appreicated with the services provided, Medicial or non-medical staff are professional. Greetings at the reception was excellent. Then, I was guided to follow some clear instructions to complete the pre-assessment and surgery. The whole process made you clam and all will be done for you.

Great service
I was very impressed with the service I was given at Aces - Chelmsford.
Friendly receptionist when I arrived and was taken in for some X-rays by a lovely girl called Jess. She made me feel at ease.
Vikram was great too who looked at my eyes.

Cataract
I was referred by my optician as he discovered a cataract. I chose Fakenham Aces as I had had the other eye done there.
I can highly recommend them, everyone helpful,respectful and efficient.

Wait time from pre assessment to…
Wait time from pre assessment to surgery very quick staff kind and friendly information post op clear and contact no's if worried re symptoms eye was sore post op but nothing not pre warned about only comment was op. theatre cold from air con and felt a bit uncomfortable but procedure wasn't too long information booklet answered all questions and already can see much clearer thankyou to all involved
