Action Plan to goals...
Not only is the loan process easy and quick, but Achieve's customer representatives are spot on. David Ciric was pleasant and patient. He walked me through all of the steps, explaining everything in detail along the way. I walked away with more than a loan but an action plan to reach my final goal. Thank you David & Achieve!!

Took my money
Started filling out paperwork, then told the representative we did not want to go through with the program. They were rude then, but said we wouldn’t be in the program, then took $780 out of our checking account.

Deceptive Business Practices
My loan officer is a guy named Dylan. He told me that my rate would be around 8% and then when I got my final documents, the paperwork showed it as 10%. He never called to let me know that my rate was changing and never explained why. I ended up never signing and canceled the loan. Also, he was impossible to get on the phone.
