No empathy at all with your clients
I requested a reconsideration regarding the negative remarks reported to the credit bureaus for my late payments in March and April 2023. Since those payments over three years ago, I have maintained an immaculate payment history. When I reached out to other financial institutions—including American Express, Capital One, and JPMorgan—with goodwill requests, they kindly removed the negative marks from my credit report in recognition of my consistent financial responsibility over the past three years. Achieve advertises a commitment to "bringing empathy, compassion, and human kindness to our members." However, the refusal to grant a similar goodwill removal does not reflect those values at all. Today 9/22/26, Darin Winn from Achieve "Member Solutions" just confirm to me that their Corporate Values are just a facade.

Tracy Barrios was absolutely amazing, I cannot recommend her enough. Knowledgable, personable, transparent and exceptional at her job. After months of receiving countless spam calls and getting nowhere and getting declined for home equity and personal loans Tracy and Achieve made it possible for me and my wife to pay off all our revolving debt and focus on one monthly payment that will be paid six times shorter than paying off credit cards saving me thousands over many years. Biggest mistake getting a loan with Achieve. Told me I had a good income and after 2 years can request a lower interest rate. Then I was told to call back and again. Never again and would never recommend them.
