Home equity loan
I had the opportunity to work with Celeste Ley at Achieve and this particular loan was very complicated and she stuck it out with us for two months working on everything night and day and even during her vacation. I also worked some with Alejandro Torres who worked just as hard to help us to get the loan approved. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of all of the work on the loan that Achieve did and all of the patience and compassion over the complicated loan that was provided to me was unusual in this world today however I got to experience it first hand. From the first conversation through final signing, everything was handled professionally and without unnecessary back-and-forth. Chris explained each step clearly, stayed on top of the details, and kept the process moving so there were no last-minute surprises or delays. What could have been stressful and time-consuming felt straightforward and well-managed.
He was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with the entire time. I appreciated that he treated it like a priority and made sure I understood what was happening instead of just pushing paperwork.
