My experience with the personal loan application
My experience with the personal loan application and approval process was outstanding. Sherri DeWitt, my Loan Consultant, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process.
She took the time to explain every detail and all the documentation we needed, making sure we fully understood each step. She answered all of our questions with patience, professionalism, and kindness, which made the process smooth, stress-free, and much faster than we expected.
What impressed us the most was how hard she worked to find the best loan option for our situation, including the most favorable interest rate and monthly payment. We truly felt that she had our best interests in mind and was committed to helping us achieve our financial goals.

Joseph was very kind and knowledgeable but
Joseph was very kind and knowledgeable. However, he was kind of hard to understand and he filled every single silence with either information or chit chat. This made it difficult to keep up, ask questions and process information.
At one point, when attempting to read the contract, I couldn’t focus while he was also speaking. I was looking for the APR and asked him what it was since I couldn’t seem to find it and he said it was 10.49%. I took his word for it and signed the contract. Now looking it appears the APR is 16.49%? I recognize it is my responsibility to ensure I’m clear before signing a contract but this feels like it set me up for failure a bit. Either way, I’m still confused.

Unbelievably Fast Closing and Process!
Achieve Loans has been exceptional to work with. Cody Sorells and Alejandro Torres were super communicative and helpful. This is the second time I’ve worked with both of them and they’ve are far superior to any other loan officers I’ve worked with at other companies.
