Excellent tour manager, wonderful sites, and knowledgeable tour guides. Awesome trip!

This is my 3rd or 4th trip with ACIS. I haven't been with you a while since my kids were growing up, but now are of high school age. It is still a great trip. You guys do a great job with hotels, buses, restaurant reservations, and especially tour guides. There have been a few changes that I think have lessened your program, so here is my humble review.
1.) Our trip to London was way too short. We had one FULL day, after a late start with an flight. Counting DAY 1 of our 10 Day trip with a 11 PM flight isn't really a DAY 1, is it? We arrived in London at the hotel around 2 pm in the afternoon. We left for the Eurostar two days later. Fortunately for my children, I am a seasoned traveler and knew the best way to use my free time to show them the most we could in the short time.
2.) Paris was similar, but not as bad. Having the Macaron making lesson take up the whole morning of the ONE full day we have in Paris is not the best way to see Paris. The lesson was great, but having to carry cookies around for the rest of the day and hauling them through the Louvre was an issue. That lesson could have been planned at the end of the day.
3.) No guided tour to get to know Rome on the first day could have been a problem for those that have never been there. A bus tour like we had in London and Paris could have helped newbies get their bearing.
Don't get me wrong, it was an awesome trip and so glad I got to introduce my 3 kids to Europe through ACIS.

The trip was wonderful Samantha Forrest did an outstanding job She was faced with some difficulties of having 4 people with limited mobility The hotels were clean and nice, Rene bus drive was also excellent only 1 night of food did not like the last night. Good trip and will book another trip in 2 years

Thank you ACIS! I’ve done a lot of tours with other companies and this one was the absolute best. The hotels were extremely comfortable and very nice and clean. The food portions were very large and no one went away hungry. The pacing was perfect—no one felt too rushed and no one ever felt bored. Our tour manager was personable, kind, and accommodating. We all walked away with an educational experience and a lot of good memories.

It was nice to receive reminders throughout the process and it was also nice to have flight information and a daily itinerary that was easily accessible to help stay in the loop.

Our tour guide was fantastic! He had lived in Iceland and offered lots of fun insights about the area. I also really enjoyed the agenda of the trip. It was a nice balance of activities and down time.

The trip went smoothly and our accommodations were perfect. I would highly recommend this trip, especially for this age group.

It was a wonderful experience!! the tour guide was so knowledgeable, friendly, and sweet. It was supposed to be in the 70s, but it was in the middle and high 80s.😳😳 but that happens, I guess.

Yoriko, our tour manager, did an incredible job. She made everything work efficiently. Her kindness and humor made the trip a joy for everyone.

First of all, Cara did an outstanding job, as usual, working with our group leader, my wife, to ensure that our adventure had all of the elements that were important to us. A lot of time and effort goes into the planning and it shows. Our guide/driver, Niall Wright was incredible. He was fun, attentive to details, and did an amazing job behind the scenes to ensure everyone enjoyed the trip. Having travelled with ACIS on numerous occasions, they consistently provide wonderful, knowledgeable and professional tour guides. Having "boots on the ground" is incredibly important for the enjoyment and safety of the group. Our local Dublin guide, Yvonne Duffy, was super charming and knowledgeable about all of the Dublin sights and history.
Niall quickly sized up our group and went above and beyond our expectations, to deliver several surprises that only a local guide would know about. For example, as ventured down the east coast toward the Old Head Golf Links and Lusitania Museum, Niall surprised us with a stop at the Ringfinnan Garden of Remembrance outside Kinsale in County Cork. 343 trees honor the 343 fallen firefighters that perished on 9/11. Everyone in our group found it very moving.
All of the hotels and restaurants were exceptional. Great food and great accommodations. It was apparent to us all that companies that ACIS does business with all cherish their relationship with ACIS. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we were treated well. This was the case with the local tour company, Discover Island, as well.

Our guide Shirley was wonderful. The bus driver was very safe and helpful. Great food, great activities.

It was an amazing trip. Plans changed slightly but the travel team made the best of them. Awesome trip!

Trip was wonderful but a few things could have been better. One hotel was unacceptable and more authenticity for the stops would have been better.

Food was average at dinner. Most of entrees were pork. Your guide was great but your tour times kept changing. Other shadow I went on a lot more organized.

Really enjoyed the tour of Cotswold gardens and Chelsea Flower Show. Saw amazing range of gardens and tour was packed.. Very little downtime but that was ok - I rested up when i got home! One thing I would have enjoyed more was commentary on the bus of history of the gardens we were visiting or just general information about the area and its history. Ian did some of this but would have enjoyed more.

They are the best. The logistics are flawless and attention to the needs of travelers is as sincere as it is immediate. They deliver on their promise that travel changes lives.
