AVOID !!!! I bought an item in August, they sent me the wrong product, I sent this one back, I didn’t get any confirmation they had received it. I emailed them a week and half later for an update, they said the original product id ordered wasn’t in stock now and they are giving me a refund. After over a week and half I emailed to ask about my refund….. silence!!!
I continued to email, absolutely no response.
After going through other channels now in October!!!!!!!! I got a response saying they will refund and finally got my money back which was spent with their company in August. It’s absolutely disgusting. There is no contact number, they work entirely through email so they don’t need to communicate with customers.
This company are scammers. Stay clear !!!!!

Do not buy from this company!! Spent 66 pound on an item and never received
Numerous emails only to have to be ignored or the occasional reply saying they are waiting on response from courier, who they supposedly contacted 10 days ago.
I have to resort to going to my bank to claim which I suggest others do if they have the same experience, which going by the reviews on here I am not alone.

Failure to supply order and failure to refund!!
I have had (& am still having) a terrible experience with Active Care Store. I placed an order for some perfume and paid for this in full lin the middle of August. The order has never arrived and in spite of numerous emails to Active Care Store’s customer service department, and false promises by them of a resolution of the problem, over a month on, I have still not received my order. Active Care Store’s On-line tracking clearly shows that the package has been lost by Active Care Store’s courier (Amazon apparently) but in spite of their promises, I have still not received a refund or the perfume ordered. I have attempted to chase this delivery up with Amazon courier service direct but they insist that the Amazon Tracking ID supplied to me by Active Care Store isn’t genuine!
My advice to others would be to avoid purchasing from Active Care Store as my experience leads me to conclude that they simply cannot be trusted!

Ordered a fragrance
Ordered a fragrance - fragrance bottled defective and broken. ActiveCare would not issue a refund as the package was opened. I had to open the package to actually get to the fragrance - make it make sense?
Multiple emails - no response.
