AVOID!! I can not stress this enough.. ordered some items was told 3-4 days delivery this was weeks ago. Still no items received. Emails sporadic and full of annual leave excuses like other reviews here. I asked for order to be cancelled as it was still not showing as despatched. They declined saying they items are picked and packed etc, which is absolutely rubbish. As no email has been received for despatch yet.
Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
I used this company a while ago, had the same issues but thought it was a genuine problem, so gave them another chance. That was a mistake.
I will NEVER shop with them again. I will contact the bank now as they are literally thieves!!!!

ZERO - the Owner has huge debts. Business has some dodgy refinancing in place since about January 2026. Looks like all Orders are rarely delivered to paying Customers. Looks like a CON... bit unfortunate that the Business Owner lives just a stone's throw from where I actually grew up. Been fobbed off with the same 'it went out of stock' line, then reassured it's on its way to them, then nothing again for more than another week. Written off the spend. IT'S A FAILED BUSINESS WITH HUGE DEBTS AND IF IT KEEPS 20% OF ALL INCOME FROM SALES IT DOESN'T FULFILL, THAT'S A NICE LITTLE ANNUAL EARNER FOR KERRY THE OWNER.... TRADING STANDARDS ON THEIR WAY

Have used this company in the past, had some hiviz clothing,they were quite good that time, so ordered again but this time very poor, have been trying to get a reply to my emails since about 7 days from my order date, as I've not received any items yet, this is nearly at a month since ordering, I've asked for updates and a cancellation of the order, not had a reply to anything, I've now contacted my bank for help on this, will definitely NOT be ordering again from these

Terrible company to work with, totally unhelpful and lacking compassion, I wish I had also read the reviews before dealing with them.
I ordered a top on 18.02.26 for my Granddaughters birthday on 28.02.26. Paid for a 3-5 day postage.
Obviously it didn't turn up on time! I sent several emails, they were no help, I was offered 10% on my next order (like I was ever going to use them again!)
I said I would like to cancel the order but was told it would cost me 20% restocking fee!!
It eventually turned up on 4th March. Luckily my granddaughter loves it, as I was not looking forward to the returns process!!

I would repeat what has been said on here, someone did reply and said if I cancel my order because it's been picked it will be a 20% charge on the order. I'm going to go to my bank for a dispute, but seems a mess and a long wait for something I'd win. Very weird company I don't know how they can trade.

S**T Show of a company
I hate to be the one who says 'if I could leave 0 stars I would', however the service is shocking. The wait times are insane. We have been fobbed off constantly. They are very quick to contact you when you create an account, but as soon as you place an order...NOTHING. We have been waiting 2-3 weeks for 1 item. Everytime we request info on the order, we are told 'it's a supply issue'. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Shocking company!

Like so many people here, I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order for £247 and a subsequent order for £13.99.
I contacted them after a week of placing my orders to find out the delivery status and Emily-Jane, Customer Services Manage, said I should have received an email to say the items had gone out of stock (blaming their systems..) but the good news was they had become available again and were on the way to Activewear, who are only a ‘middleman’.
This was rubbish because 5 days after that (after more prompting from me) they admitted the items were discontinued, so how could they have been on their way to them?
I chose to receive a refund which they said would take 5 days to process. I contacted them after 10 days to find out what was going on. They didn’t reply but refunded the smaller amount of £13.99.
Eventually Emily-Jane contacted me 6 days ago to say she needed authorisation from her manager to approve refunds over £200. I know, it’s laughable isn’t it!
I have been sending regular emails ever since but it’s all gone very quiet.
If you look on their social media, they don’t enable any comments, interestingly.
I will be putting in a formal complaint when it hits 30 days this weekend since initial order and following it up via Citizens Advice and probably Resolver.
I’m also going to report it to my banks fraud team.
This company are nothing but scammers, continuing to take people’s money on items they don’t even stock. From looking at the comments, this has been going on for a long time, it’s not a blip. They are just a middleman. Big lesson learnt.
