My experience with Activewear Group has been absolutely unacceptable.
I requested a refund for a pair of trousers, and it was clearly confirmed that I would receive my money within 3–5 working days. That was a lie. It has now been over 20 working days, and I still haven’t received anything.
I have sent multiple emails and made every effort to resolve this, but I’ve been met with delays, vague responses, or complete silence. This is not just poor customer service — it’s completely misleading and shows a total lack of respect for customers.
Holding onto £170 for this long after confirming a refund is unacceptable by any standard. At this point, it feels like the company is simply avoiding responsibility and hoping the customer gives up.
I strongly recommend avoiding Activewear Group. If you run into any issues, don’t expect honesty, communication, or your money back on time.
Scam Business
No communication from them since placing order. No response to emails sent. If you check the company on Companies House website you can see the director has had multiple failed businesses. Complete scammers.

Money lost - no item delivered, no reply to queries
Like many said here, I wished I read the reviews before giving them my money (lost now as they simply ignore messages and know they will get away with it).
The item never arrived. After a first few emails they replied with a gaslighting excuse and then simply stopped responding. I placed the order on 23rd February, it's been a month now. I will flag this with my credit card company and hopefully they'll flag this company as fraud/scam to warn others and prevent them for losing their money too. You've been warned.

I ordered 3 items on their website which stated in stock.
I contacted them multiple time and after a few weeks got a response to advise I should have had an email to advise out of stock. I told them to refund me. they wouldn't.
Don't use the company. You cant speak to anyone and their response takes weeks. I paid for express shipping which still has not been refunded!

After placing an order on 03.02.26, I did not receive my items until 12.03.26. I paid additionally for 1-3 days delivery.
After agreeing my refund for my shipping on 18.02.26, I am still waiting to receive it.
The company are a shambles and they do not get back to you. Emily-Jayne responded once and asked if she could help any further, I have requested further help and have been ignored.

Absolutely terrible company to deal…
Absolutely terrible company to deal with avoid. Placed a order with them waiting over a week with no update so emailed them but no response, so left it few more days still nothing. So then sent a email saying I would like to cancel order and still got no response left it 4 more days. After that started the process of claiming my money back through PayPal with proof of emails sent this was taken care of quickly. Do Not use this company.

I would give zero stars if I could. Only learned about their negative reputation after ordering some items from them that I could not find in the States. Ordered on March 8, they charged my credit card immediately (of course), and I have gotten no response to several inquiries about when my order will ship. I later requested that the order be cancelled and my payment refunded. I’ve also gotten no response to that request. I have emailed and also communicated through their website communication portal…no response. My order continues to say it’s in “preparation” phase. I did not order any personalization or embroidery so no explanation for the significant delay in shipping or lack of response to communication. I am now left with cancelling the payment through my credit card company. I cannot recommend that anyone order from this company. I’d be happy to be able to change my review of there were any positive resolution.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs, they display stock as if available, it doesn't arrive, you chase it up, they say it wasn't in stock and needs to come from supplier, you wait days, you end up cancelling because the items wouldn't come in time, they accept and tell you a full refund being processed, you never get that refund, then they tell you items been ordered way past the already agreed cancellation and refund they start to ignore your communications then send you email saying items being sent and you'd basically have to pay to return and get charged 20% for a refund. ABSOLUTE COWBOYS, Disgusting way of doing business,practically theft and tbh stupid risking bad publicity for the sake of £49.85 rather than apologising and just giving your money back.AVOID, BTW... still not had my full refund.

Wish I would have read the reviews first. I have received the same issues as everyone else, no package. There is also no contact number for them on the website. And they dont respond to emails. Funny thing is when I first purchased they emailed me to ask if I wanted printing, so just trying to get more money. I dont understand why trading standards doesnt get involved?

Paid for order and never received, no tracking was ever sent, no response from emails( I sent 10 in total) no apologies . Been waiting a month now for order and it should have taken 3-7 days. Avoid this company!!!

This company deserves 0 stars, but the system wouldn't let me proceed unless I gave it at least 1 star. If you haven't ordered from this company, I strongly suggest you DON'T DO IT! I placed my order on 2/8/26, and a month and half later as of 3/22/26, I still haven't received it. I also haven't received the refund I requested for not receiving the order.
This is one of the worst, if not the worst company I've ever ordered merch from. I've received little communication despite all the emails I've sent. I can definitely see why there are so many negative reviews about this sham of a company. Unfortunately for me, I didn't read them prior to placing my order.
**Update: I contacted my back on 4/2/26 to dispute the charge to my credit card for merchandise I ordered from this company, but hadn't received. My bank ultimately credited the purchase amount back to my credit card. A week or so after I initially contacted my bank to file a dispute, I received an email from the company saying my order had shipped. That was quite a surprise considering their lackluster communication.
I'm happy to report that today, 4/21/26, I FINALLY received my order after about 2.5 months. I had zero confidence I would ever receive my merch. I ordered 2 polo sweaters, and am very satisfied with both items. It's a shame the company's communication is so poor. I'm not sure if my bank had anything to with them fulfilling my order, but I'm happy I finally received the sweaters.
