Wish I had looked up this company before I ordered. Cant believe they are being allowed to trade as a legitimate business when they are robbing customers. I made an order for boilersuits which I eventually received but were the wrong size so sent back & ordered again in the correct size. They received the return 13th Feb & I have still not been refunded & have not received my other order which was placed beginning February. I am nearly £300 out of pocket & have had to end up contacting my bank to report them as a scam company so thankfully my bank have now put the money back in my account & are investigating them. I have reported to trading standards as well. This company needs closed down.

Firstly, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
As with other reviews, I ordered on 12 March with a £7.49 (whatever it was) express 1-3 day delivery and here we are, 19:40 on 8 April and still getting no real answers from these.
I'm desperate trying to get hold of Kerry Charlotte Frostt, who is listed as a director, but again, to no avail. I just keep getting the standard "We are sorry you're having difficulty..." email. I've been told countless times that the warehouse has expedited my order and still nothing shows up. And allegedly, their phone lines aren't working, and none of them have mobile phones to return client phone calls.
I was told that if I want a refund, I'd have to forfeit 25% of the original sales bill, as thats their contract. I didn't sign a contract with them though....
If I don't receive anything by Tuesday next week, I'll be making the 6 hour round trip to their offices, or Kerry Frost's house to collect my order.

Please people, do not buy anything from this company. I've been waiting a month so far and still have no idea when my delivery is, I was told a week. So recently I messaged Emily, and stated I was unhappy and wanted a refund.. Emily offered me a refund, a refund minus 20%!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered trousers for work on the 09/03/26 and surprise surprise they never turned up.So I opened a case on PP Had an email today saying good news they're in their way 03/04/26, and if course I've had to buy from elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an order coming on 5 weeks now, zero contact from them saying order was late or items out off stock. I tried emailing customer services with the emails bouncing back. Got a hold of a woman, she asked to give them more time. It’s a good job a paid via PayPal. I contacted them. And a refund is on its way back. Stay away from this company. They have no problem taking the money. But you’ll not get your order.
Awful experience the first time round
Awful experience the first time round. Silly me for thinking the second purchase would be any better. Please do not buy from this company. They are not capable of sending out correct orders and the colours change depending on what size you order si impossible to buy matching garments. Terrible customer service too.

Absolutely rubbish, took 6 weeks for an order to arrive that should have been here in 48hrs, didn't respond to any emails just left us hanging, after raising a dispute with my bank, guess what it arrived, wont be using them again, avoid
Shocking customer service
Placed order 11/3/26 was told to expect delivery in 5-7 days . I contacted customer service on the 18.3.26 they said my items were out of stock when I ordered but they forgot to tell me . They said they were in stock now and would be despatched soon . On the 26.3.26 I contacted them again via e/mail the reply was basically they were having supply issues and I wasn’t the only customer having problems . On the 2.4 .26.26 I raised my concerns with PayPal who I had used to purchase said goods .

Do not buy from this company as you will not be able able to get your goods or refund. Worst company I have dealt with. Does not reply to emails and deletes messages on website contact area. I placed an order on 7th March 2026 and status still shows as "being prepared". I have tried multiple times to contact them but they do not respond.
Order not received
Order made 28/2/26 hasn't arrived on 2/4/26. Queried this and received an assurance that the order was just delayed but now on its way and somehow their system hasn't notified me. Well it still hasn't arrived and I've asked for a refund.
JOKE OF A BUSINESS!
My order has not yet arrived, and I have been unable to get any reply to my follow up emails after Emily-Jayne assured me that my order was on it's way. As a result, I have initiated an investigation with my banking provider in an effort to recover the funds. This experience has raised concerns regarding the legitimacy of this company.
In hindsight, I wish I had reviewed feedback on Trustpilot prior to placing the order.
Avoid at all cost
Placed an order 20th February for an item that was supposed to be in stock. After taking payment I received another email to say the item was not in stock.Six weeks later we are still waiting for the order to be delivered. Very little feedback with regard to what is causing the delay. Do not respond for requests to cancel the order and issue a credit. All in all it is a company you should avoid at all costs. I would not touch them with a barge pole!

My order hasn’t arrived and they fail to respond to emails. Luckily my order was less than £25 so haven’t lost much.

If I could give zero stars that is how I would rate this company. No service that could ever be counted as service. No order received. No appropriate responses to my queries. When I tried to cancel the order they had the audacity to say it would cost me 20% to cancel. I raised a dispute with my credit card and I received a full refund with their intervention. That is the way to go. Raise a dispute with your credit card company. I will be writing to the director whose address is available on the public HMRC website.
