This is one of the worst companies I have brought from they have taken my money
There is no tracking and on sign of order being sent
Tried to contact company and they have can not see order then they stopped responding to my emails
Will have to go through Bank for refund
Very disappointed

Don't use this company. It's a huge scam. They don't ship my order. I've been waiting 3 weeks. Now it's PayPal. They're getting my money back. Big scam.

Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order....

Ordered one item, waited weeks and received nothing, contacted the company only to be told that my item had.been out of stock but was now back (convenient) and the order was on its way....fast forward another couple of weeks, still nothing.

Have contacted again asking for a refund as I'm clearly not getting my purchase...and shock, horror...have heard nothing...

Scamming thieves....

So sick and tired of scammers....do some honest work and stop taking what isn't yours....

Really poor show, takes money then fails to communicate. 7 days later, with several emails reaching out to them, still nothing. Will be reporting the company to trading standards as fraudulant.

I order 5 Mens Henbury t shirts on the 3rd June, as of today 18th June I have still not RECIEVED them, very difficult company to contact no telephone numbers, only e mail then they do not answer unless threatened to expose them to trading standards, watchdog, social media, them an answer comes the t shirts are on the way 10 days later still no t shirts no refund , if you want to lose money please carry on and order from these sharks, but please take my advice steal well clear of them, I will name the person who has been giving me bum information her name is EMILY JANE, do not believe a word she says,

​I ordered 20 polo shirts from this company, and they never shipped the items. They are more than happy to take your payment, but they absolutely will not send what you paid for.

​Customer service is completely non-existent. I have repeatedly contacted them regarding my missing order and have received zero replies.

​I will be issuing a chargeback through my bank and reporting this site to Trading Standards immediately. Do not give them your money!

This is a fraudulent entity disguised as a company. Do not spend a penny with this company. You will regret it. If there is an option rate them 0, I will. It's been nearly a month since I ordered T-shirts, and I have not received them. I paid for a next-day delivery option. I asked for a refund a week after I ordered, and I got an email that they can't refund it.
My customer cancelled the order and I had to refund him using my own money since I couldn't deliver as agreed. This had a really negative impact on my business reputation.
It has been almost a month since then, and I do not have a refund yet, nor have I received the T-shirts.
Do not ever make the mistake of patronising this company. I am unsure why there are no regulatory bodies to shut down fraudulent businesses like this.

Wish I could have put no stars and I hope this can help someone make the decision to not order from them.
My order was taking weeks so I contacted them and was told it had been despatched. Waited another week then emailed again and they told me it was in production (I had ordered blank products) I told them I wanted a refund as had to buy elsewhere as I had a client waiting and they told me they were just waiting for them to come into stock but they would have to charge a 20% restocking fee if I sent back.

Another week of me telling them I didn’t want them anymore and I wanted a refund and kept getting automated message saying they were in production!
I raised a dispute with my bank but they sent me the items anyway so as soon as they were delivered my bank couldn’t do anything about it.
Trading Standards should be looking into this business. Absolutely shocking.. DO NOT order from them. The few 5 star reviews are flukes and obviously some items they had kicking about in stock.

Ordered on 28/5/2026 haven’t received order yet can’t get hold of anyone get no response from email even for refund do not use company absolutely rubbish seems like they’ve robbed me of £82 aswell

Do not at any cost try ordering anything from this company. I've had two replies with apologies and the second one offering me ten percent off another order for the inconvenience. It's clear I am not going to get any goods or a refund so please don't go near them.

Absolutely awful experience.

I placed an order and never received my items. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

As a customer, you expect either the products you paid for or at the very least an update on what is happening. Unfortunately, I have received neither.

I will never purchase from Activewear Group Ltd again and would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering. Based on my experience, I have been left out of pocket with no products and no customer service. I will now be pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels and reporting the issue accordingly.

Very poor service from start to finish.

I've been waiting on a pair of Portwest boots since early April, and it is now mid June.

I've been met with many emails regarding delays, and then no further updates unless I pushed for it. Today, each email I had previously contacted now supposedly doesn't exist.

I paid nearly £90 from what I remember and I'd expect updates as well as (even eventually) the item itself from a more functional company.

At this point ideally I'd like a refund, but I don't think my contact will be acknowledged.

This is obviously a scam company, so many people buying and not receiving their orders and then impossible to get your money back as it’s just a fake business with no intentions if any of sending your items out. I can’t get hold of anyone to find out where my order is. Wish I had seen these reviews earlier

Cancelled order and started chargeback after 10 days of ignoring all messages.Now they are messaging trying to charge 20% restocking fee even though it says its illegal on Government website.Items are plain t shirts and they have not even posted anyway and its day 15.Avoid this company.I cant believe they are a real company in the u.k.

Would give zero stars if I possibly could! Absolutely shocking customer service! Ordered T-shirts in March 2026 on behalf our school. I was never told there was a stock shortage! As I was not going to receive the order in time I had to order from another company - who were fantastic by the way! I requested Activewear in various emails to cancel my order as I no longer needed the T-shirts - all of them went unanswered. The school's bank has now taken this up with Activewear.

Took my money but haven’t fulfilled my order.
I used their website, paid with Apple Pay. I didn’t receive a confirmation email from activewear group, so I contacted them 8 days later and was told that they would search for my order. After chasing them up, they have since gone quiet and won’t respond to any of my emails where I merely ask for an update.
I have to wait 30 days to raise the issue with my bank, otherwise I’d have them in the case right now.
Extraordinarily poor service.

This company doesn't deserve a star. Obviously they are cheating money. I ordered a pair of Clearance boots and 2 packs of socks. No update for a week after ordered. They replied the items were out of stock and on the way to them but didn't inform me the expected delivery date. And still no update for another week, I requested to cancel order and get refund by email. They replied me the items are under production and has no leadtime provided. 20% need to be charged if cancel order! I insisted to have the full refund because I have the legal right. They replied they can refund me (need 3-5 working days) or I can keep waiting because the goods are expected to be with you by the end of next week. Don't believe them!!!! I keep reminding them to make the refund during waiting and sent claim to the bank. It looks like I have a pending refund in my account now, hopefully I can get my money back.

Ordered t-shirts that were "in stock" and should have arrived within 7 working days. Only when I chased the delivery after 7 working days was I told they weren't actually in stock. It took me 2 weeks and lots of toing and froing to get a refund out of them. Spend your money elsewhere...

Still awaiting an order made months ago. They won't refund me and just keep saying they are coming. Customer service is apalling. I don't need the goods now. What a waste of my time and money. Just give my money back !!!!!!

There's a reason that these people only score 1.3 on their dealings, if I could give them a minus I would... please read the reviews before buying! My experience has been similar:

For those people who have bought from them and have a problem, can I remind you of your rights to cancel any order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which grant you a 14-day "cooling-off period" to change your mind and cancel your order.

For goods: Your right to cancel begins the moment you place your order and ends 14 days after the day you receive the items.

How to cancel: You can cancel at any point before dispatch or while the goods are in transit. Notify the retailer in writing or by email.

Refund timing: The retailer must issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that you have sent them back.

If you cancel before the goods are dispatched, you are entitled to a FULL refund (including delivery costs).
