Quick delivery, communication excellent, given morning slot and team called 30 mins before arrival. Great service from installation team. Team checked on our requirements for location and set up, fully briefed on all construction and operation, cleaned all waste away. Excellent service.

Good friendly delivery
Called ahead of arrival, arrived on time. Unloaded everything neatly checking exactly where I wanted everything. Explained the content of all the boxes. Even helped deice my car as I was moving it out of their way.

The two guys deserve a medal
The two man delivery and installation team were both very polite. They kept us informed and advised on the position and choices with our pergola throughout. They managed to achieve an impressive pergola installation in freezing temperatures. They are a credit to Ada and G.

Excellent delivery service
Delivery service updated us each step of the way. On delivery day the drivers updated us as to the eta. They were incredibly punctual, extremely polite and helpful. They offered to take their shoes off and placed the delivery exactly where we wanted it. They even offered to unpack it and put it where it was going. All in all excellent service.

The team were great, phoned to let me know they were on their way and worked very efficiently and hard once here. The weather wasn’t great but they carried on regardless. Great job even taking away all packaging and leaving the area clean and tidy. First class

Friendly and efficient
Slightly late but understandable due to atrocious weather/traffic and I was kept well informed of the arrival time. The guys were friendly, courteous and unboxed my two pieces of furniture quickly and efficiently.
