The process at shop was good, unfortunately when I went to collect my glasses they were not correct and have had to sent back, hopefully it will be rectified soon

Superb service from walking into Vision Express, the thorough eye test, the excellent Optician and a wonderful sales lady. Very clear information given, as well as a friendly chat, and the glasses were delivered to my home within a week! Highly recommended
