The glass was intact as I expect it’s toughened, but normal delivery handling could have easily broken it.

Arada is Not the best example of British Company
I only gave a 1 star score because it not possible to give a zero score.
From my experience trying to make contact with Arada stoves using their online web page contact form it would seem that they do not want to be contacted.
My enquiry was simple enough I just want to know the size of the fire door sealing rope because it obvious that the glass seal is a different diameter to the door outer seal.
All that I asked them to provide was the size of these door sealing ropes but they just ignored my request for information.
If you are thinking about buying one of the Arada's products you should be aware that buying British would not be your best option because of quality issues and lack of support from this company.
As an example the door glass crazed after only one season and the fire bricks need to be replaced annually at tremendous cost
Given that this appalling company have just ignored me and given the cost of their substandard spares I truly and sincerely regret ever purchasing my Arada product.
