I’m very disappointed with my purchase…
I’m very disappointed with my purchase from A Day In History. I purchased two, one with my maiden name and the other with my married name. The results of both histories are almost exactly the same. This is impossible. I see this site is fake and regret paying the money I did for this purchase.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand your frustration. We take feedback like this seriously, so we wanted to share some context that we hope reassures both you and anyone reading this.
Your order was placed on Saturday 23rd May and was produced by our team the very next day. Due to the Bank Holiday on Monday 26th May, the first available Royal Mail collection was Tuesday 27th May, which was still within the 48 hour (Monday-Friday) dispatch window stated on our website. Delivery on 1st June also fell within the 2 to 4 business day timeframe for the shipping service selected at checkout.
Regarding your emails, we genuinely could not find any messages from you in our support system, which would explain why you didn't receive a reply. Our team did respond to you via Facebook on Sunday 25th May with your tracking details. We understand that's not the same as a prompt email reply, and we're sorry for the confusion.
We were also sorry to learn that your parcel arrived damaged. Our founder reached out to you personally to apologise, issued a full refund, and offered a free express replacement. We hope that demonstrates how seriously we take these situations, even when parts of the experience were outside of our control.

I was looking for a present and this company provided the perfect gift, a look back on what was making the headlines on the day of my wife’s birth.
We have both enjoyed looking at who and what was relevant at the time.
It also provides some good questions and answers if you’re doing a quiz.

I received an email today to say that it cannot be delivered. What is the proper address I can write to the address I've used is the support headed one

We want to reassure you that our support team did reply to every one of your emails. Unfortunately, we have since discovered that all of our responses to your Hotmail address were being blocked by your email provider due to a technical authentication issue on the email delivery side. This meant none of our replies ever reached your inbox, which we are truly sorry about. We only became aware of this when we found the bounce-back notifications in our spam folder.
Regarding your order, the additional pack was dispatched separately on 20th May via Royal Mail, and tracking confirms Royal Mail received it on 23rd May. It should be with you very soon if it hasn't arrived already.
Since email isn't getting through to you reliably, please feel free to contact us via Facebook message, or using another email address, and we will pick it up straight away.

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing this lame product. Any child could create this using AI and linen parchment paper. Cheap and cheesy. Not worth the price!

Having investigated the order, I can confirm both your order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email were successfully sent to the email provided.
Unfortunately, the parcel still shows as “in transit” with Royal Mail, which usually indicates it has been lost within their network. As standard shipping was selected, Royal Mail unfortunately do not provide us with further tracking updates beyond this point.
We completely understand your frustration, especially as the order was intended for a specific occasion which has now passed. Although the delay after dispatch was outside of our control, we do take responsibility for the overall experience and have therefore issued a full refund for the inconvenience caused.
We were also unable to find any direct emails from you regarding this order prior to the Trustpilot review. In future, please do contact our support team directly as we’re always happy to help resolve issues as quickly as possible.
We’re genuinely sorry this happened and, as a small business, it’s always disappointing to receive a 1-star review in situations where we did fulfil and dispatch the order, but appreciate your frustration nonetheless.
