I was honestly really nervous going into this because I didn’t know what to expect and I was worried it would feel rushed or like I wasn’t explaining myself properly. But it was actually the opposite.

Shymaa made me feel at ease and it wasnt intimidating at all. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which helped me open up properly. When I was unable to explain myself, she asked further questions and really understood what i’m trying to say.

Overall, it felt like a thorough and validating experience, and I’m glad I went through with it.

I’ve got great customer service from everyone I’ve spoken with in the company and bespoke advice around my medication/symptoms and side facts from a clinician even outside of the medication reviews. They really seem to care about getting the right solution for your ADHD and all services are delivered efficiently

I chose this company for my assessment after reading different writes ups and found ADHD Certify very comprehensive and with advice following the assessment. Did not know what to expect at first. However Janine soon made me feel relaxed and explained the process. Although the assessment went right back to childhood, it was done with empathy and not rushed. Janine was a good assessor and very knowledgeable.

I had an ADHD assessment with Shymaa yesterday. To say I was nervous for this was an understatement. I am an extremely anxious person and Shymaa made me feel so much at ease, like I had known her longer than the hour assessment, did not judge me at all, and it almost felt like a chat rather than an assessment.
