I love these bags
I love these bags. I subscribe and they arrive just in time before I run out. Not thin and flimsy so you can poop pick to your hearts content. A good size too if your pooch is a big one.
I feel very virtuous when I see all the other dog walkers with their plastic bags!!

Lovely product
Lovely product, beautifully packaged. Bit slow on delivery but understandable given current restrictions. Highly recommended.

Hi Neil,
Thank you for your feedback. Sorry that you felt the delivery was slow. I can see you placed your order on the 23rd, to which we shipped within 24 hours as advertised on the 24th and it was successfully delivered on Saturday 28th with Royal Mail. We currently advertise 2-3 days delivery from shipping however with the current situation Royal Mail are taking longer in certain areas. On this particular occasion it has taken 4 days from shipping to reach you which i can only apologies for.

This bags are very strong much bigger than I am used to. More fit for purpose and the added advantage being that they are environmentally friendly. I shall certainly be buying again.

I am happy with my purchase as always
I am happy with my purchase as always. Bags are outstanding quality, but most importantly eco-friendly, (not a green washed plastic sold as eco-friendly).
I particularly like that us (customers) can choose colour.

Happy with the bags
Happy with the bags, my only comment would be that they are very thin so if you are at all squeamish about picking up after your dog you might not like this. I am not so would happily buy again.

Hi Carol
Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear this, our bags are 20 microns thick which makes them around 20% thicker than your average poo bag (usually 15-18 microns thick). I apologies that you felt they were thin and this is very rare for us to hear since we pride ourselves on the thickness and quality of the bags.

Great product, but I found the website a little hard to use!
I couldn't easily add an extra item to my regular order, and I couldn't order one off set of bags without cancelling my recurring order.. The helpdesk were good and quick to come back, but resolution was to cancel my current order and create a new combined one which I think I have already tried.
Website functionality is quite a basic thing but really helps your customers!

If it's possible to love a poo bag then this is it. They are 100% biodegradable in a short time unlike so many that make the claim but take years to breakdown. They're a good size and are thick enough to avoid unpleasant issues.
