I received a raincoat after a long delay, and it didn’t fit. I contacted the company about getting a return, and was told they couldn’t do that, but wanted to find a solution that would “truly satisfy” me.
Their “solution” was for me to complete payment of the initial cost, which was done at the time of order.
And, for their “generosity”, they only wanted €14 for shipping a replacement.
Since the coat I received was poorly made and had bad proportions (body too big, sleeves too short), I have no use for this item.
I’m disgusted with this company and wish I’d read the reviews first. Please take this as a warning.

Worst online purchase I’ve made in a minute. Poor quality and fit and looked nothing like what was advertised. Don’t fall for it.

My first issue is that it took so long to receive my order. I ordered things from other stores around the same time and got them weeks earlier. When the item finally arrived it was not packaged like a nice outfit should have been. It was rolled into a tight package. The material was flimsy for the price I paid. The fit was way off. When I attempted to return it I was informed I would have to pay the shipping back to China. Overall horrible experience.

I would five zero stars if I could. Ordered shirts that were clearly offered as linen, but they are cheap polyester. They say New York but they are in China. Returns are not free, you have to pay for shipping to China. Do not oder from them.

The clothes do not fit. Men's large are really medium. The clothing images were misleading. When I tried to return them, they said I had to pay for shipping to China.

Buyer beware Adley/New York is a Chinese scam company, advertised bait and switch. They show you an elegant picture of a jacket, in my case 3xl, they sent me a trashy looking jacket small size. You see this company online , turn and run , scam artists scum of the earth stealing your hard earned money.

Product received was not what I ordered. Size was way off. Return cost to China was more than double cost of the item. DO NOT ORDER FROM ADLEY NEW YORK.

This is a scam company.I ordered a men's overcoat size 2XL and received a children's medium size. They wouldn't take it back unless I paid exorbitant fees. DO NOT order from this rip off company .

I purchased suit from them. I wear size medium? I got to large jacket is too small. Pants is too big. I would like to return it back, but they want me to pay $14 to return it. Costumer service supposed to send me a return address and they never did

Do not order from this company. This company is basically a scam. very poor quality they confuse you with the name Newyork and you’re thinking you’re ordering from US product which actually comes from China. The dresses looked like a slip. even a slip here looks better. I ordered three dresses. Each dress was $65 and I had to return them cost me $75 to return all three dresses. It was ridiculous. I emailed them and complained but they did not even answer me to apologize or anything. it’s a scam very bad quality. Make sure you check before ordering . I hope people don’t get tricked by this as I did.

Do not order from this online sham sight. Attractive products are advertised as being sold and shipped from New York. Instead, a poorly made, ill fitting product is shipped from China. To initiate an exchange, they request an exorbitant prepaid shipping fee, or complicated return shipping instructions. It becomes a very expensive mistake with no assurance of an actual refund.

Save yourself the headache. Do not use this company.

Scam scam alert. Clothing nothing like pictures. Cancellations not honored. Fake pictures and fake reviews. Watch You Tubes also. No country of origin on poorly made goods. Ships out of HK.
