Hey this is Ulmer and I order from Advanced Lamps and when the bulb arrived it seemed my television still was not working. I called customer service and I was a little upset. The gentleman that answered the phone, diagnosed the problem, and walked me through exactly how to fix the issue with the television. At the end of the call my television was working and I was more than a satisfied customer. Thank you for your superior service

When my Toshiba television broke I was referred to Advanced Lamps by a friend and I am glad I was. I needed a Y66-LMp for my television and the price was at least a hundred dollars less the competitors prices, the warranty was substantially longer, and even with the overnight charges it was still below competitors price for just the bulb. In this economy this was a great buy. I will definitely look to them first when there is a need.

Just wanted to send a letter of appreciation to Advanced Lamps for their A plus service. The process was so simple. Representatives were friendly, professional and courteous. The shipping was inexpensive and expedient. This was a complete success and would recommended them to all my friends.

I am a stay at home mom so during my free time I enjoy watching my lifetime movie network, reality television, and soup operas. So imagine how I felt when my bulb blew in my Panasonic big screen television. I searched online and found Advanced Lamps. I found that they carried the part I needed the TYLA1000. I placed the order right then and there and even had the order overnighted. My TV was back in business and my days were filled by entertainment once again. Thanks!!!

Well first off let me say I am totally computer and technologically illiterate, so when my television went down I felt completely hopeless. I was told to call Advanced Lamps, which I did. All I had was the owners manual. I gave then the model number of 46HM85 and the representative set my order up for a TB25-LMP. Advanced Lamps is definitely a company to call if you basically know how to turn on and watch TV. The representatives are knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for making me feel comfortable during this ordeal

My TV bulb blew one weekend while the grand kids were over watching cartoons. Amidst a barrage of grandpa do something jeers and my own frustration I had to figure out how to get a lamp for the TV. I called Advanced Lamps because I found out they were a local company. I gave them my television model number 50VS69 and the representative matched it with a UX25951 and also told me I could come pick it up. They put it to the side and within an hour of my phone call my television was back up and running and my grandchildren were calm, pleased, and quite. Just the way a grandparent likes them. Thank you Advanced Lamps for all your help.

I ordered a bulb for my HD-52FA97 JVC big screen television after it had failed one night during a poker game. The fact that the process was so effortless made me forget the fact that my poker night was ruined. The customer service representative did all the work placing the order for my TS-CL110UAA bulb and housing. The price was reasonable and did not break my pockets. Way to get the job done.

GOT MY TV BACK

Hello my name is Duncan Dillard and I love two things my sports and my big screen TV, when you put the two together there is nothing better. So imagine how I felt when my big screen went down and I went from 50 inches to 24 inches. I was at a lose and was in need another bulb quick fast and in a hurry. A family member pointed me in the direction of advanced lamps. I punched my model number in on the website and the bulb came up I ordered it and was back up and running in a couple days. Good job boys!!!

I just want to say I totally dislike sports, I mean I really can’t stand to watch even a little bit. My husband however can’t live without starting, filling, and concluding his day with sports sports. This is why we have two separate televisions. When the living room television went down the torture began. That’s when I got on the telephone and called Advanced Lamps. I gave the gentleman my model number HL-R4264WX he found my lamp, built my profile, and finalized my order number. The horror of 24 hour sports would come to an end three days later when the replacement bulb arrived in the mail. Thank you Advanced Lamps for saving my life.

I am so happy that I found advanced lamps. I had a horrible experience with another company that I will let remain nameless. But advanced lamps it was 100% percent opposite experience. The customer services reps were friendly and informative. The prices are beyond reasonable the bulbs are downright cheap, in price only. I got the bulb in a timely manner and installed it and it had my television looking brand new. Excellent!!!

My wife and I seldom watch the same television programs and I have a large screen Samsung in my man cave. When the BP96-00826A exploded one night I thought I would be subjected to weeks and weeks of lifetime movies and VH1 reality television. I did not want to spend an arm and leg on a new bulb, and it looked like that would be the case until I found Advanced Lamps. I placed my order online and had it sent overnight still for less than the other sites. Just wanted to say thank you advanced lamps for saving my sanity

Not a legit company, but a SCAM!!

They took my money and prompty told me that my item was backordered. After 6 weeks of waiting with no ETA on delivery, I cancelled my order. After 5 more weeks, I still haven't received my refund. Those tech support agents are slick with their "refund by end of business day" promises. Holy cow! Worst online shopping experience ever!! These guys need to be shut down, if not downright prosecuted. Believe me...check out the BBB score on them.

One final thing, don't believe those positive reviews you read. They are paid for. They are the result of online reputation subscriptions that Advanced Lamps would rather spend your money on than delivering product, or refunding said money.

Lamp ordered was out of stock, however communications excellent and all persons contacted were responsive and truly cared about my experience. Product received was quickly shipped and great quality. Would definitely order again--personal touch was refreshing and appreciated.

DON'T buy from Advanced Lamps!!!

Absolutely horrible experience with Advanced Lamps!! Advertised the lamp I needed as "in stock". Received e-mail sveral days later stating it was backordered. After >1 week, still couldn't tell me when lamp would become available. Cancelled the order. Bought another one through Amazon. Got within a couple of days. STILL haven't been credited for the cancelled order from Advanced Lamps, a week and a half ago!! Will be contacting BBB soon. Already have a dispute filed with my credit card company. Considering starting a class action lawsuit against them as this is obviously a pattern-taking your money stating an item is in stock-then not reimbursing when complaints arise. Amazed they have ANY positive feedback at all!!

Horrible Company

Don't buy from this company. They instantly charge your card, then place an eternal backorder on the product. Don't call for an update, because they won't have one.

Very Helpful

I order a XL2400 in February. I installed the lamp when it was delivered. It powered on and worked fine. After two months, the lamp popped. I called Advanced Lamps because the lamp was not working. I got my RMA after answering a few questions. The returns rep suggested that I get my tv serviced because the lamp pop and sounded like there may be a heating or air filtration issue. I got my tv serviced and I had to replace a fan. Had I not replaced that fan I would have been replacing the lamp again. So I am truly appreciate the advice.

6 Month Warranty

Most companies are offering a 30 day or 90 days warranty but this company offering 6 months. When I call customer service I felt confident when the call ended that I was purchasing a good product that will last its expectancy and if it doesn't I have a 6 month warranty. i could have purchased a 1 or 2 year warranty for extra as well. Maybe next time!!

Our Big Screen TV is Our Main Source of Entertainment

I am a single mother with 2 kids. A friend of mine gave me a big tv and my family depends on this tv for entertainment and we love the size. I didn't know where to look so I decided to take a chance and search the part on the internet because my friend had never purchased a lamp before for the tv. I found the lamp I needed on several different sites and the lamps ranged in prices. I went on Advanced Lamps website and the lamp I needed was affordable. I contacted customer service with a few questions. I ended up purchasing what I needed and received it before my kids drove me crazy.
