We provide clinical examination; ultrasound scanning and guided injections for any musculoskeletal (MSK) problem at clinics based in Hampshire and West Sussex. We have over 25 years of experience. Ultrasound guided injections are more effective than unguided injections. We offer steroid injections, hyaluronic acid (Durolane), barbotage, hydrodilatation for stiff shoulders and more. We set up this business as we recognise that many people are keen to access these services but find waiting times for NHS treatments frustrating. We offer all these services regularly in the NHS and are now pleased to offer them at affordable prices in the private sector. Ultrasound Scan to aid a diagnosis
I was referred to Advanced Physio Solutions by my physiotherapist recently for an ultrasound scan to confirm his diagnosis of my problem. Mr Peter Monk took a detailed medical history as well as a physical examination before he carried out the scan. He was very careful to explain the procedure and the reasons why it was necessary. It was quick and painless and he was then able to explain his findings which did confirm the original diagnosis. I was very pleased with the whole consultation and would not hesitate to recommend him to any patient requiring an ultrasound diagnosis. He was also able to recommend some steps I could take to aid healing and this advice was much appreciated.

Thorough Examination Pre-Treatment
I had a very thorough examination, both from a fact finding point of view and physical. I was given all the information for me to make a considered decision, and the injection was virtually painless. I would recommend Advanced Physical Solutions to anyone who is suffering pain.

Fantastic service
I went to see Peter after he was recommended to me, both shoulders were painful due to wear and tear of being a builder, he was very informative and thorough in what he did and from the offset I felt very comfortable in the knowledge that he knew what he was talking about, after he gave me an extensive examination and a ultra sound on each shoulder he decided injections would be the way to go, we decided to do one shoulder initially to see if it helped, I can honestly say that my shoulder has settled down and no pain, I will be going back to see him for the other shoulder very shortly and the bonus is that you can see him at the physiotherapy centre in Widley

They managed to see me with little notice, which was fantastic since my knee was quite sore, and I couldn't walk. Although I felt anxious because my previous knee aspiration and steroid treatment at another place had been somewhat painful, this experience was mostly pain-free. I would certainly recommend them.

I highly recommend Peter Monk
I highly recommend Peter Monk. I had a scan and later on a steriod injection in my shoulder. His advise and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I went from not moving my arm to days later getting 95% movement back. My advice is "dont wait" !!
