Stewart was amazing! He spent the first 15 minutes chatting with me, getting to know me and my lifestyle and then listening to what my issue was and the pain I was experiencing. He explained everything throughout the procedure and the injection was pain free.I am now pain free for the first time in 6 months! I am now slowly resuming normal everyday activities I hadn’t been able to do and hoping to get back to exercise very soon.

David managed to find the root of my ankle and foot problem really quickly. He addressed the tightness in the muscles around my spine and glutes with a combination of exercises and massage. I have just been on a 4 mile walk without any issue in my foot or IT band on the left leg. This is the first time in about 10 months that I have managed this!. I can highly recommend the staff at Life Fit Wellness, and in particular David for his positivity and support!

Absolutely fantastic friendly service , I came in with a SIRVA injury in my shoulder , had limited movement when I came in , had ultrasound scan and steroid injection done by Stewart who was excellent at keeping me informed of his findings on the ultrasound scan, the difference from when I walked in to when I walked out was night and day! Absolutely fantastic service. Would 100% recommend. Thank you so much!

The physiotherapist, Emmet, listened very carefully to the description of my lower back and hip pain. He then manipulated my leg and hip joints and made observations regarding possible sources of my pain. We then agreed a course of action to help my condition. I paid for a session of 1 hour and ended up with 75 minutes of his time. I felt I’d got my money’s worth.

David is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and sympathetic about the issues I am facing. His explanations are straightforward and easy to understand.

Brilliant support from Emmet who thoroughly examined and scanned my hand and diagnosed a grade 3 ucl tear . He provided me with strategies and an exercise program to address the problem. Meant I avoided any requirement for surgery and my hand grip etc is nearly back to normal. From thinking my Dolomites via ferrata trip wasn’t going to happen , now believe it will. Professional, knowledgeable friendly service. Really appreciate it- 🙏

I visited Life Fit Wellness on the recommendation of my Physiotherapist for a knee problem. At the clinic, Emmet examined my knee and took a scan which resulted in a steroid injection. Throughout Emmet was excellent explaining what was inloved and the procedure process. Superb and attentive service by Emmet and the reception staff were top notch. Morven has been great throughout my rehab. She helped me recover from a hamstring injury and has also been helping me with a hip flexor issue.

She always takes the time to answer my questions and explain why she is doing certain exercises or progression, which has helped me understand the rehab process a lot better. She’s also given me the confidence to get back into training and helped me build better habits, including adding a regular stretching routine into my week. I’ve always felt supported and confident in the plan she’s given me.

Would highly recommend Morven to anyone looking to recover from an injury and get back to training.

I have had an excellent service from Life Fit Wellness and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Firstly I had excellent, supportive rehab following knee replacement surgery.
Then more recently I've taken part in a fantastic osteo-circuits course for those with a diagnosis of osteoporosis/osteopenia. This was two 1:1 sessions plus five group sessions of circuit training. This has introduced me to weight training and helped me to grow in confidence that i can be proactive in helping to prevent complications of my diagnosis.
All staff and facilities have been excellent.
