Great services, helped me with bursitis

I had a consultation and treatment for my knee from Stewart Kerr. He scanned the knee and treated it with 2 injections. He was extremely professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing using the scan to get the injection in the correct place. He followed up a few weeks later to see how I was getting on. The contact and follow up from the company re appointment etc was excellent. All staff were very courteous and efficient. I strongly recommend them.

Great experience. Morven was very thorough and explained everything about my condition and what we could do moving forwards . Before appointment I was feeling quite negative that I would never get better but after consultation I came away feeling very positive that with the help of Morven and my future physio plan I will get better and my quality of life will improve.

Professional assessment and ongoing advice

I was lucky enough to win a free treatment with Life Fit. Having never had a professional massage before i was a little nervous, but Chloe really made me feel at ease and not at all uncomfortable. It was a very relaxing hour and I felt as light as a feather afterwards. Would definitely recommend!

He has thouroughly explained my treatment plan, going forward with three shockwave therapy sessions (had one session already) to alleviate my pain. I walked into life fit wellness with a limp and a lot of pain in my hip and foot and left with no limp or pain. The physiotherapist (Lisa) was very knowledgeable and friendly and put me at ease.
