Good website and very helpful videos explaining what they do. I was looking for hip ultrasound scan and injection for osteoarthritis. The videos explained the different types . This was further clarified when seeing consultant Emmet Kennedy. He was very easy to talk to and professional. Agreed on an HA injection. Carried out quickly and relatively painless. Agreed follow up call in 3/4 weeks

I recently injured my knee at a self-defence class and booked a session at Life Fit Wellness to have it checked out.

Booking was easy, and the availability was very flexible. At first I felt the cost was a little high, but after the experience I feel it is very reasonable.

My appointment was with Stefan, who had a friendly and warm demeanour and immediately put me at ease. He asked a number of detailed questions and quickly diagnosed the issue after a brief inspection of my leg. All the while he was smiling and chatting, but never lost focus on his work. He gave me a list of excercises, which he clearly and slowly demonstrated, and put my mind at ease over the future of the injury.

While the other staff were professional and friendly, and the facility was clean and welcoming, it was Stefan who for me was the stand out aspect of the whole experience.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending both Stefan, and Life Fit Wellness.

I had awful hip and knee pain for months that my GP ignored. Mobility was reducing and I was having to increase the amount of pain killers I was taking. A friend had recommended Stewart.

I received a thorough and highly professional assessment, including a detailed scan that led to an accurate diagnosis. Everything was clearly explained to me, including the realistic possibility that the cortisone injection might not be effective. I appreciated the honesty and felt well-informed before making my decision.

I was able to get an emergency appointment with Stefan when I couldn't straighten my knee and was having real difficulty walking. After assessing the injury through a combination of questions and manoeuvring my knee, he used a gentle but firm pulling technique to open the gap in my knee cap. Some massage of the soft tissues and advice on exercises and to rest my knee as much as possible for a few days, completed the treatment. I'm very pleased to say this all worked and my knee was working as normal about five days later.
